I ordered german national Football Team jersey, but massive mistakes were made when applying the logos – it is clear that no quality control took place (see attached photos). Mistakes can happen, but the customer service's ignorance is unacceptable. After reporting the defect, I was offered a discount code to re-order the jersey. I agreed to this, but since then, there has been absolute radio silence from lovefball.com. I have neither received the code nor any response to my follow-up messages. This is completely unprofessional and borders on fraud!
Ordered jerseys the shipped it to the wrong state. It was delivered to some random place they refuse to refund or resend. So some random person received my order. Would not recommend
Purchased a jersey here 2 months ago, looked fine and arrived no problems, wore it a few times and washed it no issues, washed it again a few days ago and the lettering on the sponsor came off completely.
I contacted customer care who instead of replacing the jersey or offering a refund, offered me 5% discount why would I want to ever buy a jersey from this company again replica or not if the lettering of the sponsor on the jersey comes off after 3 washes, avoid.
