Lost a loyal customer 🤬🤷🏾‍♀️

In the beginning everything was fine I'd get my order in two weeks now it's taking months before I get my stuff & the tracking information is wrong. I'm not a satisfied customer & I won't order from y'all for a while cuz y'all playing with my coins. & when I send an email I don't get an answer for days 🤬🤬🤬

The quality of the clothes are bad

The quality of the clothes are bad. They say order a size up which I did the first time I ordered clothes didn't fit so the second time I ordered i order 2 sizes up clothes were too big. Asked how to exchange and if you have to exchange them u have to pay shipping back to them and shipping for them to send it back to you. Then on some items the thread was coming out when I received them. Smh never again will I order from them.

This company send you items that you didn't order wrong sizes…

This company send you items that you didn't ordwr, they actually dont let you return the bs. They keep sending e-mails and DON'T let u speak to ANYONE, then had tge nerves to tell me they can only do a return for some outfits when i paid over 300 dollars for this stuff an they sent me all the wrong sizes except for 1 item. I ADVISE THAT YOU DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Fraudulent company

I ordered almost 200 dollars worth of clothes. Theu advertised free return shipping for first order. First off one shirt came with ink stains another came with holes. The clothes look nothing like they do online. Horrible quality. I emailed them about returning some items. I was told they would refund me for the shirt with the hole and the one with the stain. They told me they would refund me 20 dollars if I kept the items. I told them I want to return way more then 20 dollars worth of items. They told me to pay for return shipping and return the items. They said they will refund the shipping when they receive the items. That is false fraudulent advertising. I will not be paying return shipping because I guarantee they will not refund me. It's been 3 weeks and they haven't even refunded me the few dollars they said they would for sending me a shirt with a hole in it and another with ink stains. Will never buy from them again.

I wouldn't suggest ordering from the company. The clothes will not fit, they are cheaply made, they are not even close to what the advertise. If you want to return them, you pay for shipping. It's the worst place I've ordered from. If you ask me, it's a scam site.

This is the most deceitful company I…

This is the most deceitful company I have ever did business with if you want to throw your money away on poorly made clothes and then have them split the order so you only receive half of the items and then the items you received are not even worth donating and the items you don't received. are 1year later still being investigated, only to be told that it has been to long and the order is nolonger conveniently in their system but I am able to send them copies of email that I screen shoted that have all the supporting documentation. Rip off. Don't do it ................ the videos lie

I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to in order to leave a review. Ordered over 200 worth of clothes on April 6th and it’s August and I still haven’t received anything and when I email them I keep getting the same generic message. I want a full refund immediately. They offered to credit the money back to my account. Why would I do that? Why would I order more clothes I won’t receive ? It shows tracking info from the day I ordered to April 27th and then stops. They say they don’t know what happened or where it’s at. They know I haven’t received it so why have I still not got my full refund. Save your money I totally think this company is a SCAM!

First off DO NOT BUY I repeat DO NOT BUY from this company,clothes are made of cheap materials.I paid over $100 dollars on clothes for my son for back to school..clothes didn’t come how they looked online they where poorly made,an awfully designed,an they were to small for my son even I upsized the size two times larger since they were Chinese made,so I tried returning them like they claim that I could do per website which is a lie,you only have one option to even try an returning items an that’s thru email,which doesn’t gives you an option to return anything,I emailed this company probably 9x an I got the same email on 9 different occasions returned back to me,saying no option to return.so yea I lost $100+ so don’t let the same thing happen to you it’s not worth it..you’ll jus be throwing your money away trust me

Very disgusted and disssppointing

I ordered a two piece cami outfit and two weeks later received the wrong order. Not only was it the wrong order, it was the most hideous looking dress, and something I would have never ordered. It had no tags, and it appeared to be old and a returned item. I immediately contacted Lovely wholesale to inform them they sent the wrong order. Their response was to send it back and I would have to pay for the return. This made me very angry because it was their mistake so why should I pay to send it back and wait another two to three weeks. I felt that their response was very tacky and unprofessional. The horrible red, zebra print dress was so ugly, and I was so disgusted I decided to throw it in the Goodwill box. Afterwards, somebody at lovely wholesale continued to send me emails, back to back, after I told them repeatedly to remove me from their email list, and stop sending me emails. They continued to offer me a discount off my next order, and I felt that this was still not enough for their mistake. First and last time ordering from this company.

Do not order from here!

I ordered two dresses from this company. They arrived in good order, but I tried them on, and even though they were the same size, one was WAY too small and the other was huge on me. I asked to return them and Lovely Wholesale did their absolute best to discourage me from doing so. I insisted. Eventually, they offered a refund for the items. I found out later that is NOT a full refund—they will not refund your shipping for the original order, and they require you to pay for the return shipping. Since this is a wholly online company, from what I can tell, they advertise a refund policy and then send clothes that don’t fit and make sure the customer is the one out of pocket. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
