Ordered a jacket for my teenage daughter a size large. Fit more like a youth size large. Received a lot of questions for why I’m returning instead of just a simple refund or exchange like I didn’t just pay for the jacket plus shipping cost. I hope they go out of business. This place customer service is horrible and I’ll never order from them again. I’ll stick with Shein!!!
This company is awful. I ordered 6 shirts and only 2 of them are half decent. The rest of them are short and doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The color of one of my shirts is orange, but on the picture it was brown. If it’s suppose to hang off your shoulder, it doesn’t. It looks like the sweaters were shrunk. I am still trying to get a refund.
For one, I understand that this company sales clothing at a decent price point. However, the products that I received in the mail were complete garbage and a waste of money! $40 for two sweatsuits made out of VERY cheap material and looks nothing like pictured on the model. Not to mention that the size is completely off. Thankfully I didn't size up because the "small" is way too big. The package took just shy of a month to get here. So not only am I disappointed at the shipping time, but this was a waste of money and I definitely WILL NOT be buying from this online shop ever again. I will stick to shopping on SHEIN where quality matches if not surpasses price and shipping within 1-2 weeks and sometimes quicker!
DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE!!!!!!!! Ive placed an order back in july 3 and it's now november 15. i've contacted these people back in august because apparently my order was shipped (as the company states) but the local post office said they just received an notice that they should be expecting a package with my tracking number attached. well i'm just now receiving a refund which as of today 11/15/2020. The customer service is no help, you'll never know what happened to your package if you don't contact the postal office, the shipping number they give you will tell you everything that isn't true. first it told me it was still in chine then it stated my package got lost by ups then is said my tracking number expired to it don't even exist anymore. i was told to call all these number (given to me) but not one phone number helped. keep all documents of order because you'll need proof for your money back even if you have a tracking number and order #. after i got my refund i got only a 5% off that i'll never use because i wouldn't dare spend another 100+ at lovelywholesale again.
I ordered from here a month ago and let me tell you a couple items was NOT!!! What the picture looked like and on top of that they sent two of the same pants and I clearly ordered stacked pants but these were bell bottoms that I could’ve made myself all I need is a sewing machine and dim light oh and customer service is a JOKE!!! This company don’t even deserve a 1 star
Package came late...my shirt was small and I know I ordered the right sizes. Buttons pooped off when I tried to put my shirt on. And my jacket haven’t arrived waiting on a email for a refund and to another jacket I ordered my zipper wont stay zipped together
I am extremely disappointed with this company, I've been shopping with them for a year or just a little more because I love there products. But one package I ordered they shipped out I did not receive. I emailed them to let them know they told me to reach out usps which I did. The mail carrier said they put it in my mail box but I told them I did not get it. So lovely whole sale tells me well since the mail man said he put it we can only give you ten dollars. Although I ordered three separate packages one package 280, second package 54, third package around the same 54 received two out of three but they decided f the customer here's 10 dollars because the mail people to messed up mails and delivery all the time.

LovelyWholesale, I find it strange that you could reply to a review but not to the multiple emails I have left once I notified you that you gave me a FAKE and VACANT address to return the items to. I have already filed a ticket, and made a claim. That's been done, returned the items and they were sent back to me because of the Fake address you sent me. If you were up to date on this situation, you wouldnt be sending out that automated reply, like you truly care about resolving this issue and refunding my money like you said that you would. Please stop giving me the run around and issue me a refund. I will next be filing a complaint with the BBB, right along with the other 68 or more already filed against your company for similar issues and poor customer service, i found out upon investigation after you robbed me of my funds. I ordered 4 items they were all too big even though I used the size chart. I have submitted two tickets indicating I would like a refund. I have not received any response and that was two weeks ago. Terrible company to do business with. Well, they contacted me after the above review acting as if they were concerned but once I told them I would like my money back, the communications stopped. I ordered two outfits and they were of very poor quality . I used the size chart and they still too small and now I'm having a hard time returning them and getting my refund
Shipping takes a month, this is a hit or miss type of place. When I first started ordering everything was good, 10 or more orders in and the service has gotten horrible. U get nothing of what u order if it's out of stock they send whatever they want. The shipping price is Truly Horrible especially when it takes over a month to get your order. Good luck
Would Not Recommend. Item description is not what I received. Waited about a month for some "Jeans" I purchased off their website that finally arrived which turned out to be "legging spandex tights." Very disappointed and would not be doing no buisness with this website. Speaking to someone is slim to none and website seem to me to be a false advertising site which show u one thing but you receive another. This company is terrible. I placed an order for over $100 with them. The clothes I received were not as expected not to mention I normally wear a small size and would I would have to size up to at least a size large for it to fit comfortably. I contacted their customer support to inquire about returning the items. They offered me a refund of $9 and 15% off my next purchase. Clearly that was an insult to me, considering the quality and fit of clothes I'd probably not order again. I declined and asked them where I could return the clothes to. They provided me with an address in CA in which it cost $30 bucks to return the items. The packaged was returned back to me, due to the address they provided me with being VACANT. This company provided me with a fake address to return the clothes to. What type of customer service is that? What type of company does that? We had been in correspondence the whole time up until I shipped and provided them with the tracking number for the package. Now I have been unable to reach them for days now. They have completely stopped responding to my emails. This company is trash and I highly do not reccomend. I wonder how many other people they have done this to. I am out of $130 plus dollars from the company. I will never purchase another item for this company. This was very unprofessional, not business like. I am completely unsatisfied. I would never treat my customers this way. Lovelywholesale is a trash business.

I ordered a trench coat first and looked exactly as the picture so I ordered again... this time pants and tops. The second order none of the pants were as the pictures showed them. The material was different a cheap and the skinny jeans were baggy and loose down the leg and they didn’t fit true to size as all the reviews said. I noticed that My reviews were not posted and the one descent review I put was reworded and my name was misspelled. All of the tops looked just as they did online and fit perfectly. I will not order pants from here anymore. I wish I could post the pictures.
