I Purchased An Item From This Company. The Item's Material Didn't Match The Model But I Didn't Want To Send It Back Because I Could Make It Work. However, When I Went To Put An Honest Review For The Item, The Website Wouldn't Allow Me. It Seems That The Site Only Allows "Good Reviews". So I Kept Trying To Write The Review And It Wouldn't Go. I Emailed The Company, They Told Me To Try Again And I Said, I Tried 5 Time. They Replied To Me 6 Days Later (Today) With This Website Link And Said To Put Up A "Good Review" And They Would Give Me 3 Dollars. Like Really? It's Like The Managment And Clothings Don't Match The Pictures. I Overall Would Say Buy From This Company AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I placed an order in March and received it July 8th. Originally after reading reviews, I thought I was being scammed BUT I did receive everything I ordered. In addition, due to the low cost of items and the virus, I expected delays. While this was an extended delay, I was very happy with my items. Only thing I do not like is it seems all clothing is made out of the same material which is not the most flattering on all body types! So if you have dimples and potholes understand this material will show.

I ordered my stuff on the 12th and also paid extra for 6-10 day shipping and still my stuff is not here. I emailed twice and still nothing. At this point I don’t even want the clothes anymore and I definitely want a refund especially for the 6-10 day shipping cause this doesn’t make any sense to me at all and I’m pissed. I kid you not I ordered from fashionnova the same exact day and got my stuff the very next day so covid can’t be the reason at all.
