Okay so I am giving the company three stars . I ordered on April 10th I did not receive a tracking number until almost 2 whole weeks later . Then I had a piece of my order come in the mail and an order confirmation that my order was sent out. The clothes in my first package where decent quality for the price . Writing tickets to the customer representative sometimes they take days to write you back and it is the only communication you have with them. Fast forward I received my big package with the remaining items this morning I picked it up at my local ups store . The package looked like a big watermelon. My clothes were in this bag with tape all around it EMBARRASSING to walk out with. Packaging could definitely be better. I have not tried on the second batch of clothes or know if they are like the picture because I had to come to work today but I will do an updated review later on and possibly a Youtube video. I came to this site trying to support online businesses and do honest reviews on them . This one was the most frustrating out of PLT , Shein, and Aliexpress that I ordered from. Overall, you will get your items. The communication and customer service just needs to be up to par.

The shipping and communications for this site is horrible. You do not get a tracking number after the item/items are ship out. They do not email you with any updates. I ordered 8 swim suits; I received 4 of them 28 days after shipping and the other 3 I just received this past Saturday but keep in mind I ordered these items back in the beginning of February.. also I was missing one of the swim suits after I open a dispute they refunded me back.. some of the items not as seem on the site but the swim suits I ordered are all great that’s why I give them at least a 2 for that.. but they most definitely need to work on their shipping and also their communication... and even before the virus their shipping and communications has always been horrible !!!

For those of panicking about the track number it comes but it’s not actually gonna come until you get em email that your order has been shipped. They have good customer service you can always message them on fb and there’s a personal email to message them as well here it is support @lovelywholesale.zendesk.com message them about your order if u have any questions I just was talking with them through email and they do respond I hope this information was helpful guys.

I did receive my skirt. Looks like the picture. Quality looks good. Just wished I would have got the large instead. Eventho I posted reviews there customer service was responding to all my emails behind the scene. Not sure if I would order again because of this experience and other reviews.
