Follow up

My rating will change once I know when I can expect my order R2020031928722. I’ve heard nothing since placing my order. No shipment date or anything. What’s going on? I’m still missing part of my order. I’m missing one dress from my order.

My experience with lovely wholesale

I ordered from this site a couple of time the 1st time I got my item pretty quickly although they items or much bigger you would have to get a smaller size. The second time I ordered I only got a confirmation code nothing else so I cancel my orders and asked for a refund. They refunded me fast. I will order again because I know the virus is hold up shipping like I said I have gotten my items once before.

I ordered two Jamaican rompers on the 6th and paid an extra $30 for a 2-6 day shipping. My purchase has not arrived. I’m unable to track it or get a respond...highly frustrated!!!

Satisfied Customer

I live in Mexico and I have ordered from this company a number of times. I am not skinny. I wear L and in some cases XL. I personally found the sizing chart on the site to be helpful in getting the right size for me. I have received all the clothing I have ordered and I loved every single item. I did have a situation where I didn't receive half my items but after I reached out to them, they sent it out ASAP and they refunded the money for the items that were no longer in stock. I am not giving 5 stars because shipping is a pain...meaning, half the money I spend everytime is on shipping.

Refund

I order some items, and change my mind on the order. I Emailed lovelywhole and ask for a refund. And they sent me a refund with no problem in two days.

Just giving my experience

I had an issue that I never got a tracking number. You have 2 email someone and wait days for a response. The sizes are a question because you can order the same size on 2 different things and 1 will fit the other wont. The shipping is outrageous. You’re paying for each piece of clothing that will cost more than your items. Very cute clothing though great prices for clothes. I’ve ordered 3 times from them. So my last order was just canceled I been ordered it in February. I just got a message from PayPal not lovely wholesale saying it’s canceled. So I summit a ticket that takes hrs or days for them to get with you just for them to say my stuff wasn’t in stock so they did a refund idk how all 5-6 things are in stock but hey. That was my last time ordering

I have placed 7 orders with this…

I have placed 7 orders with this company. I am not disappointed with the clothes. I like all the items ordered. The sizing can be a little off, but so are clothes a spend hundreds of dollars on, so I order a size up I have had several customer services issues, and that is my only reason for the 3 star. Once they all are resolved then I will have no problem giving a 5 star rating. I had one shipment that took over 30 days to arrive, but I was happy with the product, so I just expressed my disappointment in the wait time and they refunded me my shipping monies. Thank you for that Lovely Wholesale. Once this last issue is resolved I will give a 5 star because I am a happy customer for the most part.

Customer service is EVERYTHING!

I promised my Rep, once I received my last order, I'd give my review. I received my items, and keeping my word. LOL! I'm very pleased with the merchandise I've gotten from Lovely. My last order didn't arrive as quickly as my first order, however, what pleased me was, I got a "timely" response to my inquiry and a week later I received my goods. Lovely now has a customer for life, as long as they are in business.

I am new entrepreneur. I wanted online boutique with trendy affordable clothing. I found that at Lovely wholesale. I have now ordered 2-3 tines building my inventory. Its good quality materials and the sizing is not off like some I've dealt with. Looking forward to what they come out with next!
