I placed an order with Lovely Wholesale and over a week later got no confirmation or tracking but the payment was deducted in 24hrs. I tried to contact them but no response but opened a ticket with Paypal and they responded to them right away and refunded my money. Sounds suspect to me

I been ordering from lovelywholesale for sometime now. My experience with them has been positive. When something is wrong with my order they respond quickly & resolve the issue. No real complaints. Make sure u look at size chart before ordering, this will cut down on trying to return or exchange since it time consuming.

I ordered 3 outfits xl and very disappointed the paint were way to big and the jackets were way to small, I’m confused and not happy during the clothes are cute.
Ok guys I haven’t received my clothes yet but I’ve read a lot about tracking your packages. You have to put your tracking number on “China post Tracking” google China post tracking and you can see from there where your packages is at. Thank me later...lol

I have placed several successful
Orders from the company and I will definitely be a customer for life..their prices are very reasonable and the clothes always looks just like the picture...but please keep in mind that the company ships from China so shipping does take a little while but I have received every order that I have purchased with the exception of one and that was due to my mailman error not theirs.

I'd like to thank Eive who is one of the customer service associates. She was a key instrument in helping me resolve an exchange issue with one of the garments that I purchase. Great service. Looking forward to ordering from LovelyWholesale in the near future.
Thanks,
Perry

I have ordered from them several times. I never received any items later than usual unless I place my order under standard shipping. When I order one 1 item it ships the same day. Shipping service is great!

I've purchased from lovely wholesale in the past without problems but I never knew this when I tried to contact customer service there's no one to talk to but a chat bot. They never delivered my items or refunded me. Issued me an order number then said their order & tracking numbers don't begin like with the letters they themselves issued to me. If I know my family or friends are going to order from lovelywholesale I tell them don't purchase anything from a company that has absolutely no customer service taking your money without a care in the world as to what happened to your items or a refund. Lovely wholesale are a part of overseas scammers
I been continuously been ignored about the item below. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced. Not to mention the high shipping prices.
I was charged twice for this item. I don't need two of these. I informed you of this problem 3 different ways. What am I going to have to do to have this settled. Don't you know you will get more business if you take care of your customers and fix the problem?
