I paid extra to have my items shipped…

I paid extra to have my items shipped 5-10 days early and they still haven't arrived. It's been 17 days now; I've submitted 4 tickets and no response. Ruined my holiday because I had nothing to wear. If you order, please do in advance because you'll receive items whenever they decide to send it.

Ok, so here is the deal with lovely wholesale. This is an Asian company as I am sure you know by now and I have ordered several times and even if you follow the measurement chart to a T the likely hood of a perfect fit in near impossible. I would say 50% of what I order I actually keep, the other stuff I sell! A lot of times the items will come a different color or waaaayyyy too big! Dont EVER pay for fast shipping because you will NOT get it any sooner than regular shipping! And DO NOT place large orders! For some reason they have a hard time keeping up with large orders! There is a 99% chance that some items will go missing! Overall I would say you get what you pay for so choose wisely! And only get max 3 pieces at a time!

Just a small note be careful of this , and do not make large orders. Because the products are hit and miss. So items are cute others are poorly made or may never arrive. The return policy is practicaly non existent. And their idea of a making things right is a very big discount of 15% off you NEXT order. So dont go crazy cause the prices are cheap. You get what you pay for .Period And they have fake reviews, if you read them it's not even their site the person is writing about! And when you leave a bad review the just dont post it.

I’ve ordered from Lovelywholesale at least 10 times, sometimes the material is really thin and totally different from what’s shown on the site. I really hate when I’m not notified when something is out of stock and not given an explanation or refund! I was lied to a few times saying the missing items was delivered when it wasn’t. I’m currently waiting on a refund for 2 items that was missing from my order. I’m not letting Lovelywholesale get away with my money this time period! I don’t appreciate it when I’ve ordered from this site as many times as I did.

Fake reviews on website... don't trust the reviews!!

I purchased a dress from LovelyWholesale and for the most part ...I was satisfied with it. The only thing was the patterns on the dress were not in the same place as it was on their site... but I can live with that. My issue with them is every single review on their website is a five-star review...you will see nothing less... I hate that they are writing fake reviews for their site...that is dishonest!!!! And when you personally try to review items... they won't allow you to ...that's why you get a 3-star!!!!

I read the reviews before ordering, but I became suspicious when I saw some pictures from a local boutique. The woman in some of the pictures is the owner of the boutique...think I'll alert her to this.

I send an email to customer service about a shipping problem and items not being delivered and within 24 hours I received a respond.Customer service is a big deal to me. You guys has exceeded my expectations. Thanks

The items I ordered took maybe a month or so to come. Some pieces came separately I really didn't like that. The shipping price is ridiculous. I must say everything I bought looked just like it does on the site.

I have ordered from lovelywholesale.com in the past and future. If any problem I have which is slim, I always get a fast response or if any error on their part they are willing to give you a credit for the inconvenience.

I received my order last month which was a jumpsuit that was way to big and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size so I emailed the company on how to return item back and no one has emailed me back with details so I am stuck with something I cannot wear. First time ordering from company, can't say I will use them again. It's not that I wanted my money back.🤔

My order came on time for my trip the customer service was good when I wrote my ticket but when I got my one piece and tried it on the zipper broke but overall I got good service and fast delivery.

Tracking Information

I have been happy with all the other merchandise I purchase from lovelyWholesale.com. Currently I am waiting on an order, which tracking number reflected no information I put a help ticket in to check on the tracking of my order and I was contacted the same day. They also gave me the information which showed my package was well on its way. I’ll also share my reviews once I receive my merchandise.

Amazing products

They have such amazing products! I have all my swimsuits from here and some really cute summer outfits as well! I love this store! The customer service is also excellent! If there is ever an issue with my order (if it's too small or something) then they always fix the problem!

I'm back again and I love shopping with Lovely Wholesale. My items always come as pictured and now they have started shipping via USPS so orders are received quicker. I'll will forever patronize them!!

Above Average

I’ve ordered a few times from the website, for the most part I’m pretty satisfied with the items I’ve received. I’ve had 1 issue, but after a few messages it was resolved. The only thing that I wish was better was the shipping cost. Will order again.
