I'm an online shopper so I love sites like these. My overall experience has been ok. My packages arrive early or on time & fits just right most of the time. Just recently my order got messed up & they sent me the wrong dress & they were giving me the run around until yesterday. So hopefully this time I have the right item but overall, I will be shopping here still.

I know lovelywholesale.com are trying their hardest to produce their merchandise. I have ordered some of their merchandise since August 14th and haven't recieved them yet. Their demand is large I assume because of the unbeatable prices. The customer service answers promptly and a bit comforting. I will continue to be patient before I contact PayPal. I have shopped with lovely wholesale for over 5 years. I have recieved all my orders. Some cheaply made, others ok but I trusted that my orders always made it to me. Recently I decided to order for jumpsuits. I made 3 separate orders. One on 8/22 and the other 2 orders on 8/31. In the past I always recieved an instant message to let me know that my payment was recieved, this time around I didn't recieve any messages acknowledging receipt on my money but my card showed that paypal took the money off my card. I entered the order number that were given to me in order to submit a ticket to see if my payments were recieved but it said that the order number were wrong hmmmm. I was able to submit tickets without the order numbers though and I got a response which didn't answer my questions. I tried to send another ticket and now its asking me to include the "body" which ofcourse I type what I want know, its been popping up the same stupid message for all the tickets I try to submit. I am so frustrated and feel stupid for having trusted this company even after reading all the negative reviews about them. I gave them a benefit of a doubt. It hurts when you are a royal customer and they play games like these. I am thinking about talking to pay pal and my credit company but I am going to give them a few more weeks to see if i get messages from them. I have been royal shopper even when I read all these negative emails. I didnt know that one time its gonna be my turn to trash this company. My order numbers are 02019082653685 and 020190823208050 those were purchased on 8/31 plus 02019082386542 placed on 8/22. I just want to know if the payments were recieved and I have to go thru all turmoil to get a yes or no answer. This is pathetic. I should have trusted these reviews and not have continued shopping on this site. Lesson learned
