Product durability is less than what id hoped for (solace ai pro) and, more notibly, THE WEBSITE HIDES BAD REVIEWS. In my opinion, this makes it much more untrustworthy.
If using with couple sure it's ok. Joining their servers to have fun, get ready for catfish, liars, and abuse. Trophy is basically just a app full of catfish. In the discord might as well have no care on who uses the link there allowed to abuse it, harassment to criminal levels, and make it so no one can grab your link. I had a few that kept grabbing the links non stop even though I said not interested. When I say non stop just in a month probably around 60 times they did it. Probably more. Even with that there still allowed in the discord. Extreme abuse shouldn't be allowed. So threw my toy out and deleting my account. No point to it if I'm going to keep getting harassment each time I try to put a link and no one doing proper things to stop them. Bad way more than good things
Takes a while to work out how to use it - but then it's pretty cool and better than anything I've tried before. However, the quality is not great. The rubber seal at the top started coming loose after two uses - and there are some design issues, like the air pump vent that must be open when in use - closes very easily by itself.
Great toy but I will never give 5 stars to something with a proprietary charger. I will change my review if Lovense ever starts using USB-C but to all customers, these are proprietary chargers that are only sold by Lovense, so if you loose or break one you will be forced to buy from Lovense again. But overall it hits the spot just right and feels absolutely amazing~
When they work their good but the batteries die fast, in recent times I have had to throw away a Domi I only owned for about 12 months which was hardly used. I'm having trouble with their new Gravity which wont charge, their junk and I will not buy Lovense again. The gravity was used once and then stored in a cupboard for a few months and now it wont turn on and the light only flashes when the charge cable connects. Their rubbish, save your money buy cheaper toys at least if the battery dies in those you can replace them cheaply, Lovense is over priced rubbish, but when working their good. I suspect their using cheap and nasty lithium batteries, and I wonder how many fires they have caused.

let me start first by saying this product is amazing!!! i have been a dedicated lovense customer for over 5 years now , me and my girlfriend are absolutely in love with the products you offer especially after they kept us connected during the covid pandemic! fast forwarding to recently wen i purchased the LMSM, i was into spicing up our bedroom even more. lets just say when we finally tried it out the first night, we had to throw our mattress out on the balcony to dry out over the next day lol. we love it because it allows us the fantasy of having a third partner without actually having to go through the vetting process of swinging. our imaginations and role play scenarios/fantasy have been even more intense as of late. the only grip we both have about using the machine is that when it is on full blast, weights are mneeded to keep the machine from moving, we make due and make it work by weighing it down but if we didnt have to it would be perfect for us! this is an entry level machine for us but we love it so much after purchasing this i will most likely buy the big machine in the future! so nmany more products we look forward to to adding to our collection,. great mjob you guys! keep up the good work;)

We love our toys and we use them together regularly, but the new updates put a damper on things. I originally was able to control three from my app and now that does not work.
Waiting to receive item for exchange. Email w customer service went fine originally. I got the item I want to exchange on Sunday 8.26. I've been emailing lovense several times daily since Sunday with no reply. I was told once I get the item to return, get in touch, send pics of unopened item and they'll start the exchange and refund me the $40.00 difference and email return label. NOT ONE AINGLE RESPONSE TO 6 FOLLOW UP EMAILS FOR THIS EXCHANGE.

Love the device and the app works surprisingly great, unlike the buggy junk you usually see. Would have loved a bit more battery life and/or power.
Good to use on your own or have your partner use it on you. Lot’s of fun with the different settings. Perhaps a little louder than I expected but I am not super experienced with toys so may not be any louder than others.

I have purchased several things from lovense. I personally love the Solace. Cleaning it is so easy too. The Sex Machine of lovense is a overall a good purchase but it lacks a bit of power/speed for us, you also dont have alot of attachments so we bought a few additional dildo and big dildo plates + rubber o-rings.
