Honestly this company sucks and had the worst customer service. We bought it to prep for my spouses deployment if you catch my drift. The downside is that this company pays no attention to their shipping. The first package they sent to an address I didn’t even upload. The second time they input the correct address and the wrong unit. They mailed it to a unit that actually had a neighbor that was camming for work. Mind you our community has all bills paid, including cable and internet I detail this because it becomes very important. Apparently she thought a client had gifted it to her as it turns out she had been gifted a product from them it just wasn’t this one. I reported it tried to tell them I found where these had delivered it but it is now used. Mind you I also had to have the weird convo with her myself to detail which package she had of mine. She confirmed it apologized and offered to contact the company. She went ahead and “cleaned” it and repacked it for me to essentially return and get a replacement. Rather than apologizing for their error in shipping address which still confuses me to this day, their support staff was utterly horrible. They never replaced the device, and instead deactivated the ability for it to work through the app or virtually which is the only reason we bought it to begin with. They then broke American laws for how businesses are allowed to operate, and even emailed proof that they had done so; while accusing me of lying despite it having been connected to a rather famous local porn star’s camming account. All because it was the same IP address which happens when we all share the same internet. They aren’t intelligent enough to understand that however. Apparently it is more plausible for them to believe I could pretend to be her, I could also make all of the address errors their shipping department made too I guess. I had to dispute the charges and send proof to get my money back. The very fact their support will violate the laws of the consumers it is selling to, while refusing to back their product is shocking and concerning.

There are some likes and dislikes about this device. I own a lot of Lovense products, including the original Gush, which I love. The Gush 2 is physically larger and more powerful, with a different type of vibration which definitely does the job. I like the longer length. It is a lot louder, and doesn't seem to have as much variation from the Gush 1 between on low and on a lot. A couple of things I dislike. The patterns won't sync with anything but Gush 2. Seems like this could be fixed with a software update. Instead of a bigger motor, I would have liked a Gush type product with two motors for oscillation. I hope you'll keep working on this product. It is like no toy I have ever used. It is powerful, and has so many variations that it is amazing. The only problem I have had so far is it suddenly stopped charging.
I like the product and its overall function on me physically however I cannot share a control link or live share or sync share with my partner. I am using the Lovense remote through iOS on my Apple phone. I have deleted the app, re added my toy. The control link doesn’t function for her, and in long distance chat the live share and sync functions are greyed out. She can share a live session of her Nora with me, but I cannot with my Max 2 to her. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered some pricey toys, accessories and no fault to Lovense, Royal Mail delivered my package to a random stairwell. However despite going through all relevant steps with Royal Mail to allow Lovense to claim against the mis-delivered parcel. Lovense first essentially send an auto mail which accused me of lying about not getting my package, finally Lovense asked me to wait while they investigated; I was given a 4 day window to check back in with them and now they refuse to respond for weeks. Now having to dispute the charges through the bank, not worth the hassle go with another company.

Lovense solace pro, does not work as advertised. Ai matching is awful, not even close to content. It’s hard to link to any games and apps outside of the Lovense family and SLR have confirmed it has no compatibility with their site and after buying a premium subscription the toy is unusable. It can’t be held by just hand so it is limited on use. It has soooo much potential but I feel sooo let down by Lovense.

Completely non-existent customer service, bordering on fraud. They pretty clearly know that their products fail regularly, and it would appear their corporate strategy is to just ignore customers when they contact the company
No product delivered was told to wait through automated email several times. They have no real way to contact a real person. They make it impossible to get money back on un received merchandise.
