lapis and edge 2 toys
I got my lapis and edge 2 toys in the mail yesterday tried both on myself almost immediately because I was so excited, and truly very happy with these toys. The lapis is a fairly girthy strapless, so I needed to take a little time warming up to that one but the edge 2 might be my new favorite toy. Fake Sale Loophole
I have many Lovense toys from over the years and only have an issue with one toy. The Exomoon I bought a year and 4 months ago started acting up when powered off. Contacted Lovense for their 10 year quality discount and only to read that it does not count with promotional items. Thing is, EVERYTHING is under a fake sale. The average bullet vibe is $80, the amount I paid for the Exomoon which they have base price listed at $140. So with their fake sales, the 10 year quality warranty doesn’t do ANYTHING. Make you pay full price for the products again! Something like a bullet vibe shouldnt be dying after a year, I had one of a different brand that lasted for 5 years. Fake sale loophole to get you to pay full price when the toy breaks. Im done with this company.

Ordered two weeks ago, never recieved tracking information, still hasn’t arrived. Customer service is terrible and keeps asking the same questions over and over and when I provide screenshots they say they aren’t legible. They are giving me the run around and they took my money and lost the order and never got. They are fraudulent.

Fabulous Customer Service and Great Toys
I have been buying Lovense toys since 2016, I believe. This previous week I received the Dolce as a gift and wasn't a fan of it. The vibrations felt too weak to me barely could feel them unless my legs were bent close together. I contacted support and at first they were not able to help me. But after a little back and forth, I was able to get a replacement toy. I decided on the Lush 3 because I didn't want to fork out an extra $10 for the Lush 4. I had the Lush 3 in the past I believe and I loved it.

For being the top of the line Lovense male remote AI toy I’m not that impressed. First of all I have a total of 7 male Lovense toys now and all of them except for the 400 dollar Solace Pro have came with a little storage bag to store it while not in use so why they decided that was a good idea I have no idea. Secondly, the mount that you use to mount it to a counter or table or whatever is the best isn’t made for a variety of different surfaces like how far the surface protrudes from whatever you’re mounting it to so if you want to mount it to a surface that only has 3/4 of an inch to mount it to then you’re screwed because the mount is approximately 2-9/16” deep so it’s impossible to mount it to such a slight protrusion. For paying that much money for a male sex toy and it not coming with a dust bag or different attachments for the mount is very frustrating and I honestly don’t know for sure if I’ll even keep it. I haven’t even used it yet because the mount is a must have in my opinion because this toy is big and awkward! If you’re new to Lovense I highly recommend not buying this toy right away until they fix what needs fixing!
