Fabulous Customer Service and Great Toys
I have been buying Lovense toys since 2016, I believe. This previous week I received the Dolce as a gift and wasn't a fan of it. The vibrations felt too weak to me barely could feel them unless my legs were bent close together. I contacted support and at first they were not able to help me. But after a little back and forth, I was able to get a replacement toy. I decided on the Lush 3 because I didn't want to fork out an extra $10 for the Lush 4. I had the Lush 3 in the past I believe and I loved it.
