I gave it 4 stars only because the suction cup was not suctioning. I had to use it with my hands. And I’m still trying to figure out how to make it heat up completely. But on a positive note, it gave great pleasure. Lol.
(UPDATED)Lovense Support refuses to respond
Updated. Lovense HAS corrected the issue satisfactorily. It took a lot longer than it should have taken but they get the problem straightened out. As for the Solace Pro it's good, no problems there, shipping time also good no problems there. The support response time is lacking but the job support did was good. I setup my account on apps. Then I ordered Solace Pro. Then I started familiarize myself with the apps while waiting on Solace Pro to arrive. Then 2 days before Solace Pro arrives I go to use the app and it says account banned and closes the app. I contact support. They ask for username and email address. I have gotten no reply since then except "Thanks we will look into this" I have reached back out multiple times to them and still gotten no response. Now the Solace has arrived and I have no way of knowing if it will even work or not and Lovense refuses to respond to let me know if I just need to return it or if it will still connect and work fully as designed and how I control it since I can't open the app to control it.

Very impressed
First ever quality toy and im not disappointed. It isn't harsh at all compared to others I've tried even on higher levels it provides better stimulation without being overwhelming or painful. I also think its impressive that they have a game mode which you can sync to various different games out there. I think other brands should be taking notes.

Ordered a charging cable for a Max 2. Waited 3 weeks, noticed it was never delivered. Also never got a tracking number or emails confirming my order or any updates on shipping. I contacted support, who told me it was delivered. They said fill out a replacement form. I filled out the replacement form, which was approved, and said they'd send a tracking number. Never got one. Another 3 weeks later, I still have not received my order. Will never do business here again.

Max 2 feels very good
The silicon is very soft to the touch and its easy to wash after you're done. Though holding it may be a little awkward due to the length and texture of the casing.
