The daily eMail reassurance of fixing my order to a manufacturing Zelex Inspiration 2.0 doll type sold. I am now happy to get this doll at the height 5 ft 9 inch in home chair seating arrangements. The light weight body easily allows me to pose the doll better than the heavier Zelex 2.0 regular frame dolls.

Very kind customer service. Production at factory took a bit longer than planned, but RD contacted the manufacturer on its own and informed me on every step. All questions were answered properly and quickly. There was a little damage on the product, but they immediately sent me a repair kit. That's the way it should be.
