It has been a year since i bought a lovely doll
It has been a year since I bought a lovely doll companion from Rosemarydoll and not a single regret. Within time I have managed to win a cleaning machine and it arrived in perfect condition and works well as expected. I have participated in the Rosemary Valentine Day photo contest out of curiosity and managed to win a third place where the prize I chose was Silicone Deluxe care kit.
I want to praise Roselia for handling a community forum in such an amazing and interesting way. The effort she does can be truly noticed. I don't quite actively post in the forum, but what makes her stand out is that you never feel a shame by DMs with her.
I want to also praise Candy for exceptional customer service for after sale support. I do think Candy is not obliged to continue with the service after such a long time, and yet she continues to be understanding, professional and really helpful. It creates a huge trust and I love it, and who knows, a second doll might be on the horizon.

The doll itself is gorgeous and it was very securely packed. The time from order to delivery was much faster than I had anticipated! Customer service was very good and very responsive. The only minor issue was that some parts of the maintence kit were missing from the package. Otherwise, I was VERY satisfied!

They have fast delivery and great customer service. I ordered a Zelex doll. The body and head are shipped in separate boxes. When I couldn't figure out how to attach the head to the body they provided instruction. The tracking from FedEx was good too.
Excellent customer service and communication. The doll arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Shipping was speedy and efficient. The doll is very beautiful and well made. Makeup and painting is quite authentic. Always top notch quality and service with Rosemary Doll.
