The delivery took longer based on shipment option I paid for which was frustrating considering the cost. Price point is a little steep compared to other sites. Overall, it’s a very good option for adult toys and products are good. Would recommend to anyone

Amazing support

My experience wasn't the greatest. The customer service absolutely made up for it. I received the product and was a little worried it was tampered with based on the packaging and residuals left behind on product. I reached out to support in the middle of the night and they responded back in less than a hour. They reassured that it hasn't been tampered with and still offered me a full refund if I take a picture of the product with the wires cut up. The kind of help made me feel like I can buy at this site again confidently

Bad review turned great experience

I wrote a bad review because I had a package not delivered and was told I put in the wrong address. The team reached out again and asked what happened. I explained it again to the new person, maybe same person. Yall. I HAD PUT IN THE WRONG HOUSE NUMBER. This person was so patient and had already refunded more of the fee that I hadn't gotten back. I immediately went and placed the order again with the correct address and totally forgot to put in the sales code the person who had been so cool in the email told me was still valid. Don't care. Take my money. Thank you for being so great about customer service. KS.
