The product I purchased was DOA

The product I purchased was DOA, and rather than fixing the problem, SheVibe made me go through the manufacturer's warranty process. I would understand if the product quit working after a few days/weeks, but that's not what happened.

Delivery never showed up

Delivery never showed up, UPS said they couldn't deliver and I paid for shipping protection. When I reached out, I was only given a partial refund. Over 70$ was never refunded and I the products were returned to sender. The person I emailed said it was an error on my end about the address which I checked and it was correct. When I let them know they never responded again.

The object will not stay inside her while she's using it. Didn't have any stimulation for her as intended or expected. She picked it for our enjoyment and neither of us enjoy it .

Products arrived faster than expected, so discreet delivery is a huge plus. The option for shipping insurance is appreciated. The product reviews are written by fellow deviants which is huge when I want to know how well something 'gets the job done', as opposed to amazon, where people keep writing 1-star reviews for shipping issues. I wish they had a higher quality ceiling/selection on some items.

Product is great, fits on a plus size body thanks to crazy long laces. Everything felt very secure. The O ring was left out of the package by accident, but when I reached out to customer support they were very quick in sending a full set my way. Thank y'all sm!
