Ordered two weeks ago
Ordered two weeks ago, never recieved tracking information, still hasn’t arrived. Customer service is terrible and keeps asking the same questions over and over and when I provide screenshots they say they aren’t legible. They are giving me the run around and they took my money and lost the order and never got. They are fraudulent.
