I LOVE the way this device fits
I LOVE the way this device fits, how it feels and all of the different ways to use it are amazing. I haven't use any other lovense products yet but I will definitely in the future. However I only used it one time the day it arrived and the flexing joint already stopped working which seriously sucks! I've contacted support though and I'm hoping to work it out.
Return Policy Issues
I am a repeat customer of Lovense, and have several of their items. I recently placed an order by mistake, and wanted to return it. I realized my mistake immediately after I placed the order, so within an hour I tried to cancel it. Their reply was that the order was already processed and couldn't be stopped. Several days later the package arrived and I inquired about a return. I was told that I needed to send them a video of the item to prove that it wasn't opened. They were also very quick to point out that there was no guarantee that the refund would be approved, and that they will not pay for the return postage. I understand that returns can be an inconvenience, but purposely making it difficult to return an item is not a way to ensure repeat business. In today's world of e-commerce your return policy only makes you seem ungrateful for your customer's business. This item is definitely going back, and rest assured that I will not be making another purchase.

BUYER BEWARE On 7/26/2023 I received two bad units that came charged but I could never recharge. Lovense has done everything in the world to not warrant them. They were only 2 weeks old when they quit. Larry from Lovense acknowledged that the units are bad but refuses to do anything as did other customer specialists. I filed a bank dispute, now they put my account on hold, refusing to even delete it without my pushing on a button that says that they are innocent. I love screenshots to prove everything I say. Don't listen to Lovense BS, they want me to withdraw the dispute, if I do I cannot reopen it. Lovense tries to weasel out of warranting its products. BUYER BEWARE Please answer this all the positive reviewers ,. Who cares about how fast the shipping is if you receive DUDS and LOVENSE refuses to warrant the items AGAIN BUYER BEWARE

Works Great… At First
When we first got this toy we loved it, but the excitement was very short lived. After the second time we used it, the battery life wasn’t nearly as long and the connection became increasingly unstable. The more we used the toy the worse it got. Now I basically have an expensive paperweight that might work.

Amazing customer service
My Lush 3 stopped vibrating after a few weeks which was frustrating but the customer service was incredible. I emailed on a Saturday morning not expecting a reply until the next working day but had a reply by that evening. Joen was absolutely brilliant in getting everything sorted and now I have a new one on the way. Thank you Joen!

Whilst lovense offer good warranty service they refuse to accept the have a responsibility to the wider community. They fail to check the ages of customers and allow underage people to post wish lists for people to buy sex toys. The lovense dicsord they run is marketing focussed and aimed at selling sex toys.

No excuses
I ordered one item and the charge was declined by credit card company. Therefore Lovense advised to use a different card. They made no mention of their attempt to recharge the first credit card. A day or two later I received an email that two of the same product was shipped. I emailed the company and Mandy replied that it was automatic. She explained how I could return one and they needed verification that the package was unopened. I understood and followed their rules. I sent a video of the unopened package and they verified it was unopened. I then shipped the package back to the address they had given me. To protect myself I disputed the charge with the credit card company as I did not want two and I was not advised that they chose to resubmit the original order. Once I completed their return requirements I was then informed that they would not issue the credit until I dropped the complaint. I informed them the complaint would be dropped by the bank when they issued the credit. Since when does a customer have no rights after being told that they would issue a credit upon acceptable return of a product and then deny the policy they advised. Issue a credit and the problem will be resolved.

Ordered the Diablo vibrating cock ring from this awful company. The advertising for this device is greatly inflated and misleading. I highly suggest dealing with any other company than this one. Tried returning it and had to even go as far to dispute the charge on my card. Obviously this worthless company has more pull than the general public. Unable to deliver.
I made an order (#230522593768) with delivery to Western Ukraine. They were unable to ship to my postcode (78405). I don't understand, why they offer international shipping and ability to choose Ukraine in country list if they can't deliver to the region which is in 1000km from the front line. P.S. They made a full refund, so I'm increasing rating to 2 stars.

Hush 2 Good, but Gush is a waste of money.
I purchased the Hush 2 and I would give that 5 stars, it works well, has good vibration. I also purchased the Gush, and I am very disappointed in it, it is big and bulky, even though they advertise it as compact and great for anyone regardless of their size. Even if you were huge, it's still too big and bulky and would be uncomfortable. I'd give the Gush a 1 star only because you can't choose zero stars. Don't waste your money on the Gush, but the Hush I do recommend.

Toys are good, Webcam not so much. Plus Fake Reviews.
Toys are good(I have the Lush 3 and the Domi and the Domi puts you on the floor 🥴 ~~~), but very bad support for the webcam. Been talking to support (or trying to at least, they take a LONG time to respond) and still have a useless $300 webcam. Basically a very expensive paperweight at this point, and support seems to be going nowhere. Starting to inquire about a refund/return as I cannot just have $300 sitting around like that, so we will see how that goes... Also the reviews on the site are fake, or they only post the good ones. As my critical review of the webcam does not show, only the 5 "5 Star Reviews" and I would bet that their have been more then 5 reviews on it as I'm sure many cam models have tried it... or at least more then 5 have that have had "perfect" experiences

Worst product ever and over priced
