I am so disappointed with the product and the customer service is absolutely awful. Apparently if it doesn’t work which h mine stopped after 2 weeks in use. You get another on like the company is doing you a favour. Which took 2 weeks to sort out. No apology or acknowledgment just it’s under warranty so we will send you another one when we feel like it. And I was denied a refund for the faulty item after I complained the replacement was taking to long which is unlawful due to the law on faulty items. I would avoid.

Honestly this vibrator makes my junk feel numb. I only orgasm on the highest setting, and after that my body feels absolutely nothing and it's just frustrating.

This is my third one

This is my third one, first was lush 2 and second and third was a lush 3. The first two completely stopped charging in less than a year. This will be my last if this breaks too.

awful product.

i ordered lush 3 so me and my partner could be intimate even with long distance. it came, was great for the time being, then broke. no biggie, customer service was really helpful. i was sent a replacement in september and now its broken. again. this product is wayy too much money to be breaking like this. i charged it maybe once. i really just want my money back to give to my boyfriend, i’m sick of this.

Worth it if you have the money

I have purchased the Nora, lush, hush and the now the new quake. They all have things that I adore and things that left me a bit irritated. My least favorite was the lush, it had so much promise but quickly broke as did it's replacement. The customer service was excellent but after the second broken lush I wasn't interested in it anymore. My Nora is lovely, fun for solo and partner use. The clit vibe seems to get a bit hot after extended use but great otherwise. The hush is fantastic,my only complaint is the charging port collects liquid making charging time iffy. I have had no actual issues though. The quake is great for it's blended orgasm but I haven't had it long to know how I feel about it completely.

Product works - It isn't a magic bullet and still takes some time to get you there but that's fine. My biggest gripe is the proprietary charger they included. In a world of toxic plastic waste you couldn't of opted for a more universal charge port? Lets create more waste by developing a chinsy alternative to a working solution. Took off two stars for that.

Worked once or twice great. Now every time I manually turn it on; it connects to the app for 3 seconds and the connection is lost. Every. Single. Time.

When it works it works great, but it has a tendency to disconnect randomly and that's a pain. You'd think for how expensive it is, it would be better about that. Luckily the long distance one seems to work well and hasn't disconnected yet, so We'll cheat the system by doing that. Lol

Wins and opportunities

I've been playing with this toy for a couple hours now and it's been really good! The interactive feature for long distance play was the biggest draw. Now, we don't know if it's just not able to be done at the moment, but the music feature seems a bit useless unless it's on your own product and not your partner's. If it's not a feature, it really should be for added fun. Also, we played with setting alarms and changing the chat features to turn on the toy and none of those seem to have done anything. Nor did sending pics or even changing chat background do anything for the other person. (Pics never arrived?) I think these things should be looked into for future updates.

Didn’t work on arrival :(

I am disappointed to say that one of the toys I got, came broken. It won’t turn on. Can someone please contact me to get a replacement? Everything else was great.
