Only 4 stars because my product seems to be much louder than I expected (The quake), it’s too loud to use when others are around, it can be heard through a closed bedroom door. And it almost seems like it squeaks a bit at medium speeds. The shipping time was incredibly fast. I ordered it on Saturday night and had it by Tuesday I’ll test it a bit and see if possibly it’s faulty or it’ll quiet down a bit with use.

The toy came in quickly, it feels well made and the vibrations are wonderful. However, with the daimo I'm not sure I can use it even with the instructions. Not sure if I am approaching it wrong or what but the hole seems a bit too small for both parts of my genitals but too big for just one.

I’ve submitted several requests to cancel the order prior to them shipping the product. They refuse to respond and just processed the order anyways. Don’t purchase from them unless you’re absolutely sure you want the product, because they’re more than happy to ghost you

Toy is fun and very interesting too, I am though missing the charger for my max 2, is that separate or come in the box? Edit: I realized I threw it away on accident, big oof on my part lol
I barely got any use out of the toy because it doesn't stay connected. Although after I uninstalled everything and started from scratch the installation all over again after a few times it seems to be staying connected now. I really like the device and it's really so much fun that is why I was so disappointed. However, now that its back up and running smoothly I am a very happy satisfied customer.

My wife enjoyed her Lush so I bought her the Nora. It was delivered very fast, to my hot neighbor's house. She opened the package and dropped it to our front door.
The products have a lot of potential. They seem well made but after a couple weeks of normal usage the motor in the max 2 is going out, I emailed customer service the other day but have not hear anything back from them, seems like they take at minimum 2 days to reach out. The Nora is a little thicker than I thought it would be, the girl is pretty tiny so just be ready if you have a tiny jiney. Update: The guys at lovense were super attentive and after a few questions had a replacement for me. A new Max 2 was in my hands two days later. They were very helpful and solved my problem without any hassel. The replacement has not had any issues. I do have one suggestion though to improve the Max series, the top of the cylinder kind of hurts sometimes, the r&d guys should come up with something softer, the edges of the top can be uncomfortable, I would like to see a softer rubber rim that has a little give to it and is rounded so it doesn't dig into you at angles. If it wasn't for this one thing, it's only flaw, it would be a solid 5 stars! I'm sure the guys over there can come up with a cool design that can incorporate my idea! And I'll be waiting for my free Max 3 that has this upgrade when when they release it haha Thanks guys! I ordered this as a gift for my wife which was rejected, so I tried to cancel the order after it had been delivered, the initial contact was answered by the company but since then all emails have been returned undeliverable, I did get a further email from them asking for pictures of the serial number but again a reply to the email has been returned as undeliverable, they have also stated that they will keep 20% of my payment as a restocking fee! A thoroughly dishonourable practice and would be against the law in this country, my experience so far is that they are rogues, it’s a shame as the toy seemed like a good product, never opened in this house though.

Highly anticipated the arrival of my new purchase taking that leap in paying that amount, but have been wanting one for quite awhile…. However I am highly disappointed in the overall operation and intensity of the vibes, which i was expecting thrills and it’s not anywhere near orgasmic. Works great and is really fun with my partner. We have issues with it disconecting which in some situations ruins the mood but it hasn't been too terribly dysfunctional. They had some trouble with connecting long distance too but using the link works fine. Overall its a really genius product and most of the kinks are minor.
I purchased the Lush 3 thinking that as a single woman, this toy would help solve my sexual needs. It did NOT! It feels nice, but certainly isn't something that is going to get me off. The purchase experience was great, fast and efficient delivery. We bought a Max 2 and a Nora. She loves the Nora, very fun and effective. He found the Max 2 underwhelming. It feels nice, but it will never get the job done. Feeling like that was a waste of money.
