Upon reviewing the FedEx tracking information for the package (Tracking Number: 282198796908), it clearly states: 'Wednesday, 12/4/24 Delivery exception - Refused by recipient - Not ordered.' The package was returned to us, and unfortunately, it was damaged during its return. We have issued a full refund, minus the shipping cost and shipping insurance, as outlined in our online policy. Given this, it was not possible for the package to reach New York from Los Angeles within 5 days. - If your hotel stay was limited to a certain time, we should have been informed so we could cancel and refund the order accordingly or arrange for a different method of delivery such as the 2 days FedEx shipping (which would be significantly more expensive, of course) - Please also notice this section from our "Return & Refund" Policy" 5.5.
