You failed to send the correct screen…

You failed to send the correct screen and you fail to act accordingly. Poor business practice In an email I sent them the correct model number. They admitted that they missed it. I was willing to overlook their mistake, however they refused to send the right one until they received their old one. and told me I had to pay for shipping to send the wrong one back to them. I spent an additional $25 to send the wrong one back to them. When I make I mistake I own up to it and correct it. They did not… they punished me. Cant apologize can’t take responsibility Buy from EBay or use a trusted local company avoid this company

Ordered a $1,500 screen was refunded the next day no explanation. Emailedthem no response. Ordered it again it's been processing for a week emailed them no response.

I purchased a screen that was stated as being in stock. I then got a refund with no explantion. I chased this up to be told the screen was out of stock and they couldn't get any more. I will not use them again.

Perfect delivery (a bit long but it's okay..7 days is not so long). The packaging was perfect. I've bought the same screen in another website, but because the packaging was not very good, the screen arrive damaged. This Time, it was perfect. They sell faulty products

Do not trust this company. They knowingly sold me a faulty product, when the camera on my replacement MacBook Pro Screen broke - they were only very happy to offer me a discount on a new one, as opposed to offering me a new screen - what a scam. I had the screen 4 months, 1 month longer than their warranty period and it has already broken. Plus I would not had written this before, but the tools they give you are basically a waste of time, it would be in their interest to not send any at all. ***** In response to their reply, their facts are incorrect. I ordered the product on August 31st 2024, the product arrived to my address on September 24th 2024 and the camera broke on 31st December 2024. So it was just 1 week after the warranty expired. This highlights even more how they are not to be trusted.
