We recieved the wrong pannel from these guys, nowhere on the pannel was the model we requested. We notified them of this and let them know we had a customer that needed their computer back asap and hoped we could get the part swapped.
We sent them proof, pictures of the model numbers, comparison pictures, everything.
They gave us a run around for 11 days and 14 emails and refused to even acknowledge their mistake.
Now we have an angry customer and a big glass paperweight.
I would highly recommend LPScreen to anyone looking for a screen for their device. Their support team responds quickly and is helpful and kind. They have a very large selection of different screens and will guarantee a specific model if requested, which was what I needed in my specific use case. I would purchase from them again without hesitation.
Disappointing experience – defective screen and difficult return process
I specifically purchased an AU Optronics B156HAN08.0 screen because I needed its higher-gamut specifications. Before ordering, I contacted the seller to confirm that I would receive the exact AUO model, and they confirmed it.
The screen I received was indeed labeled AU Optronics B156HAN08.0, but after installation it showed a clearly visible and significant color-uniformity problem, with a large blue-tinted area and border discoloration across the display (especially noticeable in gray scales). This is visible to the naked eye and is not acceptable for color-critical work.
I contacted the seller and initially they offered a 10% refund. Later, they stated in writing that not all B156HAN08.0 units have this issue and that it affects certain batches, admitting that the issue comes from the manufacturer.
Furthermore, they claim to thoroughly inspect every panel before shipping; however, if they truly checked it, it is completely incomprehensible how they failed to notice such an obvious color defect. If they admit the fault comes from their batch and claim to review everything beforehand, sending out a visibly flawed screen makes no sense.
Instead of providing a straightforward replacement or a prepaid return label, I was asked to return the screen to China for inspection at my own initial expense. I was also asked to return it with the original packaging, even though the screen had already been installed and the original shipping packaging had been discarded.
While the seller eventually stated they would reimburse the return shipping cost if they determine the screen is defective, this still forces the customer to absorb the financial risk and arrange expensive international shipping first.
For an international purchase, this is a very frustrating and inconvenient return process. I expected a quality screen that had been properly inspected before shipping. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

we've explained the issue comes from the manufacturers, we can refund 50% as compensation, or return it, we will cover the return cost, but both solutions you don't accept it, you just want to get full refund and don't want to return it, it's impossible.
Poor, inaccurate condition on panels. Support is a joke.
Inventory is used but not labeled used, and condition is misrepresented. If mine was actually "grade a++" I might have been able to use it anyway.
The back of the panel I bought looks like it skidded across a muddy concrete floor a few times. It's functional, but has extreme color bleed on a black background. Much worse than my old screen. Huge red-orange and green-blue areas, with obvious bright vertical lines from being bent. It's OK on bright screens. Completely unacceptable for dark scenes.
Support had me jump through three days of 1-email-per-day "troubleshooting steps" including sending them pics and videos. The last one was "loosen the bezel" though it was not yet attached in every picture and video. I'm giving up on any resolution except buying another one elsewhere. Even if they agreed to replace it, I doubt they have good inventory to send, and I'd be waiting weeks just to find out. Lesson learned.
Edit: It isn't my skills pal, it's your junky panels. You requested pics and video. I sent them. Why don't you "ask your engineer" again where exactly the bezel is in my pics. Spoiler alert - THERE IS NO BEZEL. I show the panel laying flat in the open lid, in linux (ask your engineer) with taskbar and black background. Then I actually pick the panel up and rotate it gently back and forth a few times so you can see the color mura are constant, not ambient reflections. It's typical damage from being bent along the back supports. Notice I didn't pick up the WHOLE LAPTOP which is kind of where the bezel goes. Nor is the bezel in the other photos. So WTF?
I don't know if you don't understand the bezel isn't on yet, or just don't care. Either way I'm screwed, thus the review.
After this review, you offered to let me ship it back, international, at my own expense, so you could "test it" and *maybe* replace or refund it. Yeah, no thanks. Good luck with your low-grade screen business. If you just want a cheap panel for grandma's laptop, I'm sure they're fine.

all screens will be tested very clearly before shipping, we've explained that the screen light leakage is caused by the bezel being too tight, you just simply loosening it will resolve the issue. you need professional skills to replace it, if you don't have experience, we suggest you go to local repair store to fix it.
I bought a replacement screen for my dughter's school laptop which display worked fine but touch functionality did not work at all. I still gave 2 stars because the seller wanted to help and asked me to send back for further investigation. But the problem was, this will again cost me another postage money, most importantly may take another month of waiting when my daughter needs it for school asap. So, I decided to use the laptop with this fault for now and buy another laptop this Christmas.
Best avoid this bunch!
Really keen to help pre-sale.
Slow sending screen out, tracking is hopeless too!
New screen was sent to a computer shop to be fitted and upon fitting I was told that the new screen touchscreen function is not working and there is also dead pixels.
I contacted LPScreen Online who advised "ALL SCREEN ARE TESTED PRIOR TO DISPATCH, GO AND GET IT FIXED" Wow, great customer service!
After many emails, their final offer appears to be, after telling me that the shipping cost is very high, to pay to have the screen removed again, and send it back to them.
I then have to trust them that they won't stiff me, I don't think so.
Expensive lesson learned!
My advice, find a more reputable outlet for your screen, it may be fine "If" you get a good one, but if things go wrong, they are hopeless!!!!

we've explained all details, all screens will be tested before shipping. if it doesn't work, please return it, we will test it again, if we sent defective screen, we will response for return cost. if you said the screen is not working, then want to get full refund, it's impossible.
It is easier to have a opinion on a supplier when things goes wrong.
The initial reference sent was wrong (my fault).
The communication and solutions proposed by lpscreen was great.
Thank you for that and thank you for your time.
Would recommend 100%
