Frustrating experience, lack of transparency, and misleading shipping updates

I contacted the seller before purchasing to confirm availability of a specific laptop screen model and explained that I needed it urgently. Despite this, I received a different model than what was listed and ordered. When I raised the issue, the seller acknowledged they may have sent the wrong item and said they would ship a replacement the same day (24/04), providing a tracking number. However, the tracking only ever showed “label created” with no movement. After following up on 01/05, I was told it had been shipped and to wait a few days. By 06/05, there was still no update, and the seller then informed me the item was actually out of stock. Receiving the wrong item alone would not have led me to leave a negative review. The main issue was being repeatedly told that the replacement had been shipped, causing me to monitor the tracking for over 10 days, only to later be informed that the item was actually out of stock. I ultimately had to resolve the matter through PayPal, which reviewed the evidence and sided in my favour. Overall, this was a poor experience involving an incorrect item, misleading shipping updates, and unreliable communication. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this seller again.

Excellent value and customer service

I ordered a replacement panel for my display from LPscreen after receiving an incompatible part from a different vendor. When testing the screen on arrival, I noticed a small defect -- customer service responded almost immediately to my inquiry and shipped out a replacement at no cost. The panels I received were fully compatible and matched the original display specifications/quality, at a lower price than other suppliers, and with free shipping.

Great Experience

After placing my order I emailed them (LPScreen) about the specific screen I wanted. To me emailing to get the specific screen you want seems a little janky but it worked fine. The screen I ordered took a while to arrive but it was within the estimated time they gave me. When it arrived it was packaged very well in a lot of bubble wrap. The screen I asked for was sent and it works. Yay!

So far i have bought two screens from the side. The first screen was perfectly fine, the second didn't work correctly. I messaged them with proof that the screen does not work and they immediately offered to send me a replacement. I am waiting for the replacement in high hopes that the replacement arrives fully functional

Was sent a wrong screen, just 1 mail was enough to have them send the correct screen and I could even keep the wrongly sent one. We all make mistakes, the true value of a company lies in the service they provide, which in this case was excellent. Therefor 5 stars!

The true value of a company shows when something goes wrong and the problem is corrected instantly without discussions. The new screen arrived and works fine, resulting in a happy customer for us. Therefor, eventhough a mistake was made, 5 stars for correctly and quickly resolve it.

Great experience

Great experience! My screen arrived safely, protected in lots of bubble wrap and worked perfectly upon install. I was retrofitting a laptop that was never offered with this screen so I was pleased to see that the kit even included new double sided tape for mounting. The price and shipping costs were fair. Regular shipping from China took a while, but that is to be expected. If you need it fast (I didn’t), pay for expedited shipping.
