Was sent a wrong screen. 1 mail was enough to have the correct screen send and I could even keep the wronly sent item. We all make mistakes. The true value of a company shows when something goes wrong and the problem is corrected instantly without discussions. The new screen arrived and works fine, resulting in a happy customer for us. Therefor, eventhough a mistake was made, 5 stars for correctly and quickly resolve it.
F1 doesn't seem to earn enough money already. Prices went up quite a bit and this morning I found out that the native Firefox browser is not supported anymore. Since I work on an old OS, I could not install the latest supported browser. So, higher prices and a broken website which should work on all platforms for the price paid for this service. After this subscription period I will say goodbye to F1. I am not a walking wallet, I am a fan of the sport. Shame that F1 views that differently.
