Execellent customer service. Ordered Seiko mod parts and got really great customer service, got detailed answers, and after having ordered, I was told I missed a critical component, and I got to make few changes. Watch arrived very fast today with FedEx to Northern Europe, all parts well and safely wrapped. Everything was perfect, and I can warmly recommend this webshop.
Incredible - I bought a chronograph from them with no expectation (and mainly positive reviews from Reddit) and received the watch. Incredible watch, made by a person who obviously loves watches and watchmaking (I implore you to read the website, you can see the love for the craft). While I am worried about the longevity of the watch (not due to anything they have done, but just for the seagull movement that the watch came with), I think that is more of my own fear rather than the fear of the watchmaker. However, as of now, the watch is very well made, looks premium, and being a limited release makes me feel like its a unique watch that is my own. And the customer service (along with the personalized note) is just a great touch. Even if the watch somehow fails later in life, I'm just happy to support a watchmaker with such love for the craft.
High quality parts, and this company is really fast, my order was fulfilled and shipped (including watch assembly!) within 24h! Communication with the owner, Adriel, is extermely good as well: he replies to all questions swiftly, in a very professional manner, I can only recommend.
I'm about to build a "Seiko" diver, but the NH35 supplied looked a bit bland, I found L.A and discovered their rotors, bought the black, full size and a set of tweezers, both items arrived in reasonable time to Australia. The original rotor weighs in at 3.8gr, whereas the L.A rotor weighed 3.9 gr. I don't beleive this should affect the mechanisms' performance. All in all, easy to order, arrived quicker than expected. Next time, I'll buy a new bridge as well.
Excellent shop. They delivered me on a very short timeframe and the product was 100% nice.
I ordered two parts. They were dispatched within 4 days, and delivered within two from being dispatched. The parts were of great quality, and overall, just an easy process. Pricings on parts are very reasonable.
Poor quliaty, clasp broken on next day...
This is my first custom watch and I love it ! Really appreciate the packaging and the tools included (screwdriver). Great experience for me who wants to become a watchmaker !. Shipping was pretty fast and the parts where in a nice package to secure everything.
I wasn't very happy at first. Right after making my order I wanted to cancel, as the terms and conditions state that a full refund would be given if I cancelled before assembly/shipping. I tried everything (facebook, mail and whatsapp) but my message was ignored. Never got an answer. So why the four stars? The watch I received was shipped very fast, packaged and handled very well and the quality is great as far I can see. I'm in Europe by the way. So my advice, as long as you don't plan on cancelling your order, Lucius Atelier is good.
So far I've only gotten high quality products from them... I've been very happy with how they look and fit on my watch. A pleasure to do business with. They have stunning limited edition pieces
Fantastic service and customer support as well as product. I was looking at the mods and thought I'd have to get a watch maker to do them for me. But the team there sourced the watch I wanted, added the mods then shipped them They helped me also figure out which mods would work the best as well. What a great service and the outcome was an amazing watch I loved. Great stuff!
Great item, loving it!
Good service and fast responses, will be sure to buy again :)
Delivery is really fast and Adriel even upgraded my shipping to express if you purchase quite a number of parts. The package came with free finger cots and a personalized message. The dials, hands and bezel I purchased are of top notch quality. Will definitely purchase again specially for skx013 parts.
I have made two watches so far using parts and the quality and craftsmanship of all the parts I have received have been outstanding
Nice dials, fast shipping, good quality. Thank you.
Excellent parts, top service, fast delivery Happy to be a repeat customer. Simplicity amazing products. Thank you!
A very poor website did not send my order and gave me a fake tracking number
Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, you did not directly communicate with us with regards to your parcel and went ahead and file PayPal dispute. After more than a month long investigation between PayPay and DHL themselves, this PayPal dispute was decided in our favour because the parcel was already delivered to the shipping address you provided. Tracking number can be traced back to the shipping address you provided - i.e. DHL records of Airway Bill with tracking numbers.
