I wasn't very happy at first
I wasn't very happy at first. Right after making my order I wanted to cancel, as the terms and conditions state that a full refund would be given if I cancelled before assembly/shipping. I tried everything (facebook, mail and whatsapp) but my message was ignored. Never got an answer. So why the four stars? The watch I received was shipped very fast, packaged and handled very well and the quality is great as far I can see. I'm in Europe by the way. So my advice, as long as you don't plan on cancelling your order, Lucius Atelier is good.
