Despite the ongoing back-and-forth, we still offered you the option of a refund in an effort to resolve the situation fairly. However, you ultimately decided to keep the account. It is also important to note that this transaction did not take place directly through our website, but through a third-party marketplace. Following this, you accused us of “false advertising” and proceeded to leave negative 1-star reviews, despite retaining ownership of the account. We believe these claims are unfounded and based on a misunderstanding of the account system rather than any misrepresentation on our side.
