As mentioned PayPal payments usually are quite fast, but can be delayed since we don't send these payments ourselves but use a third-party processor. Hence there can sometimes be a longer delay then expected, since it's third-party (which is out of our control) we can therefore also not provide ETA's. In the future we recommend that you get a cryptocurrency wallet, we pay a little bit of a better rate and will pay instantly since these payments are done by us.

Dear Customer,
We have given you a perfectly working account that was accessible since February and you played it perfectly fine for over a month. Then the account got banned after playing it of a month (disabled). We have helped you give recovery information and everything necessary but what happends after the account passes ownership is unfortunately not our responsibility as our Terms of Service states on our website. There is unfortunately therefore not that much we can do here.
