Ordered "Lake Ontario" baseball cap

Ordered "Lake Ontario" baseball cap. Advertisement depicted embroidered lettering. What I got was cheap-looking iron-on printing. I would be embarassed to wear it.

Poor Quality merchandise

Poor Quality merchandise. The items they Delivered are nothing like the items they show on their website. Materials are cheap and I could have bought the same items on Temu for Cheaper.

Not what you might expect

Ordering was easy and receiving my items occurred fairly quickly. I ordered men's size small tee shirts as women's usually have sleeves that are too short. However, the shirts are not only too large but the material is not typical of tee shirts! The outside is a shiny materialbut the side that touches the skin is a white cotton material. Strange...

I ordered a Lk. Ontario hat & sweater

I ordered a Lake Ontario baseball hat and sweater. The sweater in the photos looked well-made and high quality. The actual sweater is made of cheap, thin material, like a cheap pajama top, with the patterns and textures just screen-printed on the cheap fabric. The fit is also bad, no shape to it and sub-standard construction. The hat has no shape to it so it sits on your head like a beanie with a bill attached to the front. I'd be embarrassed to wear it in public. These weren't cheap, doubtful if I can get a refund. Really disappointed.

Feeling cheated

The sweater I ordered is nothing like the one shown in the promotional photos. Can anyone share on this site the return address? I have written to Luenyse for the details but nothing has come and they do not share their phone number.

I ordered a couple of t-shirts and their ordering system messed up my order. They emailed me for my satisfaction and I sent them emails asking for help 4 times. and they NEVER responded.

I am 84 years old. I am a Democrat. I live outside Rochester NY, a city on Lake Ontario. While I am not looking to have some ignorant jerk pick a fight with me, I will wear this hat proudly. In addition, I have great style so it will look well on my gray hair.

Quality of products

Small. Poor Quality. Onerous Return Policy.

Ordered a sweatshirt none size larger than I normally wear. It wouldn't fit over my head. Very poor quality and restrictive refund policy. Customer must return within 14 days and pay shipping. Live and learn.

Ordered a baseball cap that was imprinted with cheap iron on lettering, not stiched lettering

Ordered a baseball cap that the image on-line showed a nice cotton cloth with raised stiching letters for the design. The cap received was an ok cotton hat, but the lettering was simple iron on, not stiched. Very cheap looking.

Took My Money, Did not Send My Order or Provide Updates

I saw a Lumenyse ad posted to the New York Times website and followed a link to their website. I selected and purchased 3 items with a credit card. I did not create an account, I checked out as a guest. I provided my email address for order and shipping updates. My credit card was charged for the order. That was on 9/21/26. I have not heard anything from them and have not received the order. I have emailed their customer service email three times, but have never heard back. Reported incident to the NYT and my credit card company.

The “100% Egyptian cotton t shirt…NOT!

The “100% Egyptian cotton t shirt I ordered arrived today, it is instead very thin 100% polyester. Not even a bait and switch, but rather a flat out scam. Do NOT order from this company!

Lake Ontario T-shirts are Synthetic Fabric, Bleah

I ordered T-shirts with the logo Lake Ontario, thinking I was supporting Canada. It took about three weeks to receive my order. The T-shirts are made of synthetic fabric, not something I would expect in a T-shirt. Also, they are very large for a ladies medium, and they shipped from China. I feel like I was scammed.

Buyer Beware.

I did not receive the product that I ordered. I ordered, in good faith, from the Lumenyse website what appeared to be a thick, high quality baseball cap with raised embroidered lettering. Instead what I received was a cheap cotton cap with a low quality iron-on imprint for the lettering. As expected, there has been no reply from "Customer Service" and at this point, I'm not expecting to hear from them. Buyer beware. This company appears to be a total scam. Do not buy anything from them.

Choice and quality (I hope). I would like to pay in our local currency. a little more time to go through the account and payment so you don't loose the discount offered would be nice.
