Do not order from this. Wish I had checked these reviews before. The dresses were delivered speedily but with one being the wrong size and the material being low quality. When contacted by email to return them the responses was that the inbox was full so my email could not be received.
Do not order from this website!!!! We ordered a dress, but we received something entirely different. Contacted the website based in the e-mail provided, but they don't even answer.
I wish I looked at this before ordering. I ordered a dress over a month ago and when it arrived the sizing and material was a joke!!! I’ve tried contacting them but get an automated email back saying the same thing. Fuming
I should have checked the reviews before I purchased, because what you can buy from this website is a collection of crap. Arrived dresses nothing like the pictures neither the tailoring nor the color, let alone quality. DO NOT BUY anything here. Wasting money, no money refund.
This company deserves 0 stars apart from the fact it came in a week after i paid express postage , when it arrived i thought it was something else it weighs hardly anything the dress is paper thin , you can see all the stitching from the outside through the see through overlay , glitter falls off everywhere , this cost $110 Australian dollars inc postage and It’s useless to me the don’t offer refunds so it’s probably going in the opp bin do not buy from luninss
The quality is shocking. The size is wrong. It took weeks toget here. It looks nothing like the photo. It's a big scam. Keep your money in your pocket. I will never again buy anything with out reading the reviews. It is rubbish
omg! I wish I had read the damn reviews! Its totally different size then I ordered!! I ordered 2XL, i got xs size! And, It looks nothing like the picture. The quality is like a dress for 10 dollars! Big misstake ! How can this crappy site excist
SCAM. I ordered what seemed like a pretty dress. Instead, received what looked like a polyester rag, that absolutely did not match the description. Impossible to return anything or get ahold of customer service. Will be donating the $50 to my local Goodwill. Unable to file a BBB complaint but will try FTC.
Wish I had read these before I ordered. I purchased a few dresses from the site for my engagement party and one arrived but the other two never came. I haven't heard anything back from the company since emailing them repeatedly on different threads. I guess I'm going to have to dispute the order with my credit card company :( major bummer.
I bought I think nice dress special for wedding (guest) and first I wait 3 weeks for delivery but I can understand this because is for chine but I got something what look like jacket but is not really jacket just t-shirt what look like jacket for £50

DO NOT ORDER FROM LUNINSS.COM I ordered 2 dressed. One had nothing to do with what I ordered and one was of very bad quality (at least the correct order). The site is not working to leave reviews, the customer service did not reply despite of the reminders and they asked for feedback via email. Silence!
Bought 2 dress for my wife. One of the material Is very cheap quality and other design, pattern and style completely different even the color. Messaged them and they replied asking them to send a picture. After that to answer from them. Asked for refund and was completely silent. Stay away from them.
Wrong colour dress sent Wrong size sent - S when i ordered XS Weeks to get any response- told me i ordered the black not black/white dress- even though my order confirmation confirmed what i had ordered Told me i ordered S- again my confimration email clealry states XS Then replied it was an XS just had the wrong label sewn in!! You have to laugh Terrible customer service and its with my credit card to dispute now Do not order from these jokers
Wish I could give zero stars. Took over 30 days to receive the dress I ordered. Then it was a totally different dress that looked nothing like what I ordered. Wish I could post pictures for how ridiculous what they sent me is.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I waited almost 1 month to recieve my package and ended up with two dresses that look NOTHING like the images on the site. Trust the reviews here. I am now out $160 CND and now have no dress for my bridal shower. Of course, they offer no refunds. The material is awful and they are not even wearable. I could have made a better dress with a tablecloth. Huge dissapointment. Save yourself a massive headache.
Scam. I will read reviews prior to any purchase I make in the future! Wished I’d viewed Trust Pilot prior to purchasing. Ordered a dress, what arrived was something to behold. A packet of cheese and onion crisps would be a closer match to the dress I ordered. Gobsmacked they can get away with this. It’s a NO from me.
Really cheap quality and terrible customer service. The dress I bought looks almost nothing like the photo and they make it impossible to return an item.
