I ordered a dress as a reception dress for my wedding. The dress I ordered and the dress I got looks completely different. It is not the same material, did not have any glitter or pearls, the top part is totally different as well as the dress part. The dress is also not a corset dress like I ordered, the one I got has a zip. I wish I could add photos. Terrible service! Waited 2 months for my dress to arrive and it was not even delivered, I had to pick it up at my local post office. So not worth my money and time. I hope they give my money back!
DO NOT BUY FROM LUNINNS. I ordered around $400 in dresses for various occasions. More than half weren’t the dresses I ordered. The sizing was all over the place. I ordered XS and several fit like M or L. The quality overall was bad, too. Save your money because they won’t refund it even when they send you the wrong items.
It is impossible to make returns to this company, so if something doesn't fit, you are not going to get your money back. I had two dresses the same size - one too big, one too small. They refuse to send you labels for returns even after making you take a picture of every item you want to return!
Very disappointed. I would give them zero stars if possible. The dress sent to me is obviously not the dress I ordered, they are compleatly different. When I contacted them about returning this dress and getting the dress I actually ordered they said per their return policy I have to pay for the return (which I was aware of) however the return is to China and would cost £50 to send to them (which is not noted in the policy). When I mentioned it is being returned because they sent me something that is obviously the wrong product so why should I still be responsible for the return for their fault? They said it’s their policy so I have to do it to get store credit, not a refund so I have to spend £50 to get store credit in a store that can not be trusted to send the correct product to their customers and is basically lying about having returns as no one will actually pay another £50 to give back a product they don't want for some store credit. They should just say no returns.

Do not buy anything from this website. I received the wrong dress- i sent pictures to customer service and they acknowledged they sent the wrong dress to me then they said, “sorry, it’s our busy time of year. We can refund you $5.00” $5?!?!

Complete scam! Terrible website, they don’t send the products shown in their website! Their material is cheap and the dresses don’t have anything to do with the shown ones. Don’t buy there, your money will just be lost. Take into account that the dresses are between 50 and 100 USD and the quality you get is only 15 USD maximum.
I bought a red dress that smelled horrible. Glitter was constantly falling of the dress and a month later I have been vacuuming it of the floor. So the quality of the products is definitely questionable.
Also I received a completely wrong dress and after I asked the customer service to send me a return label - they stopped answering my emails. Those folks are rather scamming people.

An absolutely awful business lacking professional staff. The dress shipped was damaged and when contacted about the issue, their staff member told me their own form of compensation for THEIR mistake in manufacturing was a 20% discount off a next product, which would be pointless as I am never ordering off here again! Rather than sending a new dress or providing a refund they scam you. How unprofessional
I ordered 10 items from this site. How stupid of me!! It’s been 2 months, I’ve received 3 items that don’t match anything I ordered and the other 7 items have not shipped. No response from the company’s email address after multiple attempts to contact them.

Sent wrong item not even close to the dress I ordered, when I contacted customer service, offered me refund of $9, I paid $80 and it wasn’t my fault at all, I paid for particular dress and they just simply sent me colourful material nothing like I ordered and don’t care!!
I too wish that I had read these reviews prior to ordering the dress I ordered.It was nothing like the picture. What's more, I attempted to cancel the order prior to It being shipped and they dragged their feet for days and shipped it. Then responded to me, saying it was too late to cancel. Don't buy anything from this store! They're crooks and don't even deserve 1 star.
I wish i had read these comments before. Got scammed as well. I ordered two dresses. One dress was not like the one in the picture. The material was horrible for both. I wrote an email to proceed with the return but it serms like the email adress is not functional… Deceived
