Wish I read the reviews before I baught it.
Very disappointed. I would give them zero stars if possible. The dress sent to me is obviously not the dress I ordered, they are compleatly different. When I contacted them about returning this dress and getting the dress I actually ordered they said per their return policy I have to pay for the return (which I was aware of) however the return is to China and would cost £50 to send to them (which is not noted in the policy). When I mentioned it is being returned because they sent me something that is obviously the wrong product so why should I still be responsible for the return for their fault? They said it’s their policy so I have to do it to get store credit, not a refund so I have to spend £50 to get store credit in a store that can not be trusted to send the correct product to their customers and is basically lying about having returns as no one will actually pay another £50 to give back a product they don't want for some store credit. They should just say no returns.
