I made a mistake in the size of the product I ordered, entirely my own fault. In spite of me being located in Scotland and the cost and difficulty of returning and exchanging from the US Madepants came up with an extremely generous solution for me. The product itself was great quality and value for money and the customer service second to none. I highly recommend this company and retailers in the UK could learn a lot about good customer service from these guys!!

I am so pleased with my purchase! It took 3 weeks or so to get to me, but the fit is nice! I used the measurements they have to check, the quality and fabric is also really nice. I was pleasantly surprised but can recommend them.
