This company are very reluctant to advise on the return process. They ignore e mails and requests for return information. This has occurred on the 2 occasions I have tried to return items. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a "Plus Size Oversize" top onlind. The design, quality of the fabric and color were beautiful and good and true to the photos on the site... BUT the length was above waistline. Like a belly shirt. Obviously these clothes are made for women of short stature; They need to adjust the lengths of their products when marketing abroad. Or at least give an option of "Tall/extra Tall" at the ordering. Will give this to my 10 year old niece . Too bad, so disappointing.
Their pants look very pretty but I can't take a company seriously that markets their sizes as large for 47kg weight.
Retro hooded fleece sizing as described, quality okay but the smell !!! Tried it on, all my clothes went in the wash and I took a shower. Took forever to arrive with some kind of shipping problem that stated I had to track it down. Will never wear. In a trash bag at this point. Be careful!
I have purchased a few items from this company. Generally, I find that the quality of the products are inconsistent. Sometimes the material is flimsy, feels cheap and scratchy. Other times the product has beautiful fabric and is well put together. It is very difficult to return or exchange an item. Because of these issues, I would not recommend this company.

I really like the designs of this company’s clothing , they are quite unique , I’ve ordered a couple of times and found the clothing to be made of good quality fabric . I did return one item as I had ordered 2 jackets for choice , the returns process was easy enough , think I just dropped off at my local Asda store , and the refund was of a timely manner . Saw an ad for what looked like a lovely cotton, hooded top. When it arrived it looked nothing like the picture, it was poor quality fabric and very poorly made. They were so emphatic and and consistent in their efforts. I really value this customer service. Sure it took a while but the Buykud people were great!!
