Email received - taken to a nearby drop off point- no advice as to where
I received a notice via email my item had been taken to a nearby drop off point and I should pick it up without delay. There was no indication where it had been taken to- nothing in my letter box.I was home the day the email arrived. On the tracking the last location was the Melbourne airport. I’ve emailed service enquiries - no response. I wouldn’t purchase from this company again.
