I'm shocked to see positive reviews for this product - makes me wonder if they are even real. When trying to watch sports "Channel Under Maintenance" continuously come on and off at random times. Movies constantly buffer in spite of a strong fiber signal. Recording function usually records the first 10-12 minutes and then stops recording. Customer service usually responds but none of their "fixes" ever work, I ask for a replacement or refund but no response.
I'm happy with the MAGABOX MG4 Plus
I'm happy with the MAGABOX MG4 Plus! The picture quality is great and the Android TV interface runs smoothly. The remote feels a bit simple compared to the box itself, but overall, it's a solid media player.
