I'm shocked to see positive reviews for this product - makes me wonder if they are even real. When trying to watch sports "Channel Under Maintenance" continuously come on and off at random times. Movies constantly buffer in spite of a strong fiber signal. Recording function usually records the first 10-12 minutes and then stops recording. Customer service usually responds but none of their "fixes" ever work, I ask for a replacement or refund but no response.
