Hi Estelle! We're thrilled to hear that you love your new slipcover just as much as we do! Our team strives to exceed expectations, and we're delighted to know that we've succeeded in meeting yours. Share the joy with a photo of your Mamma Mia-covered furniture!
We appreciate your detailed and honest review, Ruth! Please make sure the cardboard is folded properly according to instructions with ridges out. When tucking it in make sure you point it with angle down, so it would be difficult for them to pop out - like an arrow down. Try to tuck it in as deep as possible and in between the gaps. It works for most of our customers, but every case is different and every furniture piece is also different. It might not work as well on leather furniture as it does on upholstered furniture. Our customers' feedback is important to us and will help us improve our products and service. Rest assured that we'll share this with the rest of the team.
