It is true that cats do not like to shred the pet protective covers. They also form fit rather well even for furniture that is of odd dimensions. They are soooo good, my holiday gifts will be covers for family. I love the ability to fit the covers and love that my cat does not have my furniture as a scratching post. I will need to purchase a few scratching things for kitty.

Too Many Scams From the Get-Go
I never even ordered from them - was wondering why every price shown on my google search was significantly lower than that exact item on their site. Then the little save $15 by giving us your email popped up and I thought ok that is part of why the prices are so low on google search so I put in the email I use for this type of thing, waiting to see if they would then make me put in my phone number to actually get the discount. They did - I didn't - bye bye Mamma Mia.

Cover fits the chair very well! The color fits in well with my decor. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. It's a big improvement over the cat-scratched chair it is covering. As a bonus, my cat no longer wants to scratch the chair!

Beware when washing and drying!
When I first got the 3 seated cover, I really liked how it fit my sofa. Loose, fitting over all the edges. Loved the feel of it too. But inevitably, the time came to wash it. When I put it back on, I was shocked to find that it had drastically shrunk at every angle! Making it harder to tuck and even out. And for the money I paid, I honestly expected a little better.

Your return was inspected by our Quality Control team upon arrival, and it was found to contain visible pet hair, which was documented with photos during the inspection. As outlined in our Return Policy, all returned items must be free from pet hair, odors, stains, and other signs of use to be eligible for a full refund.
Although items returned in an unsellable condition may be denied a refund entirely, we chose to extend a goodwill exception by issuing a 50% refund rather than rejecting the return. This was an unsellable condition fee, not a restocking fee. We communicated these findings and the reason for the partial refund throughout the return process.
We understand this outcome was disappointing, but we stand by our inspection process and our published policy, which is applied consistently and fairly to all customers. We remain committed to being transparent and treating every return with the same standards.

Recliner Loveseat Skipcover Made Differently!
Purchased a reclinering loveseat cover from MammaMia and I have to say that I am very unhappy regarding fit and customer service. First, we have a reclining couch cover from the same company and the fabric has slits under the recliners to make the cover functional. The slipcover for the recliner loveseat does not have slits in the fabric, making the couch's recliners not functional and the cover is too small to tuck in. I contacted customer service, and to send the slipcover back, I need to pay for the shipping! Not happy with the slipcover or needing to pay for shipping on a defective item.

We'd like to clarify that the Reclining Loveseat Slipcover is designed differently from our Recliner Sofa Slipcover. Unlike the sofa version, the loveseat cover is intentionally made without slits underneath the recliners. We also sent you our installation video guide demonstrating the correct installation process. Based on your order, you did receive the correct product, and the absence of slits is not a manufacturing defect.
We're sorry that this design did not work well with your reclining loveseat. We'd also like to clarify the return shipping concern. The $15 fee referenced in our return policy applies only if a customer requests and uses our prepaid return shipping label. Since you did not request a prepaid return label, you would not be charged this fee.

I love your products. I have the sofa and chair covers. They are totally cat claw proof! I would never have believed it but it’s true! I'm thoroughly impressed by this company, its products and its staff. I've never written a corporate review before. My position is I'll do so only when something is exceptionally good or bad. Everything in between isn't worth noting.
Mamma Mia Covers is notable, and remarkable - for its concept, quality and customer service.
I admit that when I saw the appealing photos on the company's Web site, I thought they were surely taken under perfect, carefully curated conditions: the right furniture, the right lighting, etc.
Well, apparently my apartment's perfect too. My covers look and feel amazing. I bought a 4-seat Embrace; a 2-seat Embrace; and an ottoman Comfort - all in cream. I especially love the Embrace covers because of their visual and tactile quality.
My friends who have seen my newly covered furniture have said such things as: "stunning," "beautiful," "elegant" and simply "wow."
I agree.
Years ago, I once bought a couch cover that looked and felt like a thrown tarp. It didn't cover the whole couch. It didn't stay in place. And it did make me feel like I had moved into a frat house.
The Mamma Mia cover essentially shrink-wraps my furniture. It's so form-fitting that it looks like the furniture's original fabric. In fact, a couple friends didn't realize my covers were covers.
The fabric is soft and pleasing to the touch. It takes 2 minutes to apply them.
I read some reviews that stated the folding cardboards popped out. I haven't had that issue, though I don't have dogs or children using my couch as a trampoline. I'd simply suggest pushing the cardboards down deeper, and rotating them one turn at the bottom of your push.
I hold the company's customer service in the same high regard. It was almost amusing, bewildering and definitely pleasing to speak and correspond with actual people, who were all quite courteous and responsive. And by responsive, I don't simply mean responding to my questions, though they did thoroughly. Rather, I mean being incredibly prompt. Every time I sent an email, I received a personal, thorough reply right away.
So, Mamma Mia Covers deserves five stars.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to return to my normal life of not writing corporate reviews unless provoked by something truly notable.
