This is my second purchase of Mama Mia covers. I first purchased them to upgrade the look of my old but serviceable sofa and loveseat. But I recently purchased an old but great Lazy Boy recliner and bought a coral cover to fit in with my lavender sewing room. These covers dissuade my cats from scratching the furniture and don't gather cat fur. Easily washable, last for years.

Only 50% back if return!
I bought these slipcovers, returned them the very next day, they did not fit. I had to pay to return them. When they got them they only gave me half back! SO DO NOT ORDER from them unless you know 100% you want to keep the product, or you will be charged half the product. They said it had dog hair on the covers, but they used a magnifying glass to show a tiny bit of hair, seriously!!! (on a side note, the covers are weird looking, I also did not like the look)

We’re sorry to hear the covers didn’t meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify that our return policy only applies a 50% refund when items are returned in unsellable condition. When your return was received, our Quality Control team found visible pet hair on the covers, which was documented and shared with you. Because of this, the items couldn’t be restocked.
We understand it may have seemed minimal, but we follow the same inspection standards for all returns to ensure fairness and hygiene for future customers. We also offered the option to have the items shipped back to you, but since that wasn’t preferred, we proceeded with the partial refund in line with our policy.

I am 70 years old and have used slip covers for years. I have finally found the best ones. I bought Mamma Mia covers for 2 swivel arm chairs, 2 pushback wing recliners, and a 3 cushion couch. The fact that they cover the ENTIRE piece is game changing. All in one piece. You can change colors to match a color need. Genius. I absolutely love them. When they wear out, I am coming back to replace them. The day I received my covers, I called my daughter and she ordered 3 covers also. We love these covers.

I ordered the size they told me to…
I ordered the size they told me to measure for and it was way too small. I contacted them to return it because I decided that I would just get two covers for my two chairs instead and when I returned it they said it had excessive hair on it and had been used. there was a few fibers from the couch that I had been trying to put it on it was by no means covered in excessive hair nor was it used. I won't be purchasing from them since they decided to only give me 50% back on my refund

Our team is trained not to recommend a size over the phone without first reviewing photos and measurements of the furniture, as this helps ensure the best possible fit. In this case, it appears that step wasn’t completed. Regarding your return, our Quality Control team documented that the item was received in a condition that made it unsellable, including visible fibers/pet hair. We shared photos of this with you during the process. As outlined in our policy, items returned in unsellable condition may not qualify for a full refund.
Instead of denying the refund entirely, we offered a 50% refund as a goodwill gesture, along with the option to have the item shipped back to you at no cost.
We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but we do our best to apply our policies consistently while still offering reasonable resolutions whenever possible.

Bought a custom fit cover for my 2 piece reversible sectional and ottoman, looks and feels amazing! Dog hair doesn’t stick to it and I’m able to remove and wash at any given time! The fabric also provides a cooling feeling that differs from the fabric of my couch! The material resembles that of those scrunch shirts that appear small but tends to be an allusion! Absolutely love it and I’ve gotten tons of compliments! Mamma Mia will now be my forever go to for sectional covers!
