In this case, it appears that step wasn’t completed. Regarding your return, our Quality Control team documented that the item was received in a condition that made it unsellable, including visible fibers/pet hair. We shared photos of this with you during the process. As outlined in our policy, items returned in unsellable condition may not qualify for a full refund.
