Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers frequently experienced extremely slow shipping times, with many packages arriving late or missing entirely without proper tracking updates. Consumers also pointed out that the items received often looked completely different from the website pictures and felt cheaply made. People additionally struggled with complicated return procedures and encountered difficulties obtaining refunds for unsatisfactory purchases. Some reviewers were happy with the stylish clothing selections, cozy fits, and helpful customer support interactions when solving size issues. Buyers mentioned that certain pieces offered great value, felt comfortable to wear, and featured durable fabrics.

The jacket was described as suede. When we received it, turned out it was cloth. I asked for a refund, they assured me they would issue one. Contacted their customer service (disservice!) two more times and I finally gave up. Straight up lying about their product!
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. We take your concerns very seriously and have looked into your order history. After searching with your customer ID, we found an order from one year ago. Our official return and refund policy states that requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, due to the significant time that has passed, we are unable to process a refund for this order at this time. Could you please confirm if this is the specific order you are referring to in your review? For further assistance, we kindly ask you to contact our dedicated support team via our official customer service email, and we will do our best to address your concerns. We appreciate your understanding. Manlytshirt Team
Terrible service from Mainly. The clothes were poor quality and the sizing was completely wrong. They promised an exchange but after two months nothing has happened. They keep saying “tomorrow” and making promises, but never actually resolve the issue. After review I"ve got full refund. You should improve your service guys to avoid bad reputation.
We sincerely apologize for the poor quality, sizing issues, and the long delay in resolving your exchange request—this is far from the standard of service we aim to provide. We want to clarify that a full refund has already been processed for your order, and as a result, we will not be sending a replacement item. The refund should reflect in your original payment method within [3-5] business days. We deeply regret the frustration this has caused and hope this resolution brings some closure. If you have any further questions, please contact our support team at [[email protected]] with your order number. Manlytshirt Team

The product quality is great, but customer service is outstanding. I received three pieces that were too small. They sent another three pieces in the correct size without hesitation, and I got to keep the original order.. I will continue ordering, even though shipping typically takes about three weeks.

The sizing chart did not match the items I received. I was very pleasantly surprised to have Customer Service offer to replace the items with larger sizes at no cost or trouble.

Here’s a sample positive review you can use or customize: --- I recently ordered from Manly T-Shirt and I’m really impressed with the quality! The fabric feels durable yet comfortable, and the fit is exactly as described. Shipping was faster than expected, and the packaging was neat. I appreciate the attention to detail in their designs—they have a unique style that’s hard to find elsewhere. Customer service also reached out personally, which shows they truly care about their customers. Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for stylish and well-made t-shirts!

Manlyshirt has some of the most stylish and reasonably priced gear on the web. The challenge is figuring out your size, because most of the items run just slightly smaller than US wear. And always check the fabric if that's important to you. Once you figure those things out, you'll never be disappointed with your purchase. I get compliments ALL the time on my gear.

three items from them so far. The first was a lapel jacket that fits perfectly. The second was a denim long sleeve shirt that I felt was overpriced. After I left a review on said denim shirt, I was contacted via email buy a representative from Manly offering me a free item at similar cost which I accepted. The free item fits just as well as the previous two did this show shows me that their size guides are accurate. I have never had a company reach out to me personally and offered me a free item with no charge for shipping or handling. Pretty rare these days.

I’ve purchased a few buckskin jackets from this store and was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and the prompt shipping. The craftsmanship is excellent — the leather feels durable, well-finished, and comfortable to wear. The jackets have a stylish, vintage look that really stands out. I was so impressed that I’ve just ordered two more in different colours to gift to my friends. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great quality and great style.
