I received the shirt today but not able to track and the customer service was very vague when I sent emails to find out when my shirt was gonna be delivered. I do like the shirt and I just ordered another one so I hope I can get this faster would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Men's Classic Demin Cargo Jacket X-large. 27164796M

This jacket fit ok. I take a large to X-large and the extra large fit well. The material is very thin which I don't mind. The color black came out well. The button holes are not big enough and closing the riveted buttons is difficult. The two lower pockets are small and the hand opening are not big enough--I am not a large person. They also do not have the traditional inner pocket inside the jean jacket as most do. This is a cheap item that if I saw on a hanger in a store, I would pass by. With shipping I paid $64, not worth it, it reminds me of something you'd find at H&M, fast fashion in other words. Shipping took forever and the return policy is set up so that you will fail. I'll probably recycle this next Spring. Adding this, has a smell that is not coming out too fast, and the two breast riveted pockets are just for show No pockets!

Great selection and style. The order process was simple and checkout was easy. Only issue was not getting a cuz service reply when asking about if item colors match. Overall happy. Just waiting for the order to arrive

Great product selection, subpar shopping experience

Too many emails. No listing of product material (cotton, spandex, etc). Not easy to match up product selection with image - clicking a certain color option for order should change graphic to that color.

Great experience, love the clothing. The only challenge I have is shipping takes a really long time but that just means I need to be a bit better about planning well in advance when I order something new. So far I have placed 3 orders (8 items total) and will continue to do so.

Like your inventory but receiving the noted discount was not as easy. I had to wait for an email with the code. I thought it would just carry over to the pay out process but it did not. I almost had given up until I received an email with a code. And by give up, I mean just cancel the order.

I liked the range of clothing offered on your site. I have been looking for an unlined linen sport coat, and your site was the only one that offered it. I didn't like that you insist that I download an app in order to see when my package would arrive. No other company I deal with insists on this.

Honestly I was a little skeptical at first with all the stock photos and photoshopping and some less great reviews online… but it is totally legit. Only have bought sweaters and T’s, but no joke they’re really nice! Great fit, light weight, super soft, good stitching, great product descriptions and customer service responds quickly and is helpful! I’d say it runs true to their size chart also. Only complaint is the return/exchange policy is meh -1 ⭐️. Which is why I haven’t got anything fitted like a blazer. Definitely worth a try in my opinion 👍
