Just a short description. After many emails and tracking I had no luck tracking the package I ordered. This company is a scam or completely clueless about how to run a business. I do not recommend! No money back and no product! Just excuses.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It's a scam. A few hours ago I saw an item I was interested in, and therefore entered my address, card information, etc. But before I made the purchase, I checked here on trustpilot, and saw the warnings, which is why I immediately removed my information. Shortly after, I received a message from my bank that they had written to me. And it says that almost 600 Hong Kong dollars had been withdrawn from my card. Via Nets, I immediately blocked the card and sent an email to the scammers at their provided email address. I received the email back, with information that it does not exist. Such a complete scammer.
Scam scam scam. No working email, no package after 2 months. Scam scam scam. Dont buy from them!

Absolute SCAM..as a previous reviewer stated..AI has a LOT to answer for..I've only lost £40 ..Reported to Pinterest but they will not block this company for misleading...Noticed today that this company is re- advertising as VEEDOO on Pinterest..be warned people..AVOID
September 13/25 I ordered an olive Tree / 8ft Nutcracker / lawn Christmas ornament and recieved no E-mails , it is December 4 20/25 and still no update . Just says it’s in transit for 40 days . Prior it said Delivered ??? Some one else must of got it … becuz I didn’t recieve anything . When I track it it says parcel found? In transit . I give up ! Pinterest flagged a fraud image but they need to flag this company as well . I’m going to dispute charges soon . Live & learn . If it’s to good to be true it isn’t .
A complete scam stay away from this site ! Never received my plant I ordered ! Pinterest is only useful for images. They should be screening what is shown on their site instead of sending us a stupid warning because we looked at an image of someone in a bikini ?!! Their email is fake!
Oct 2025, Ordered a Christmas Tree 45days ago, paid for it and rec'd order number and still waiting for the tree. Their email, which is useless and now I feel scammed AGAIN. Why does Pinterest allow this.. I want my tree or my money returned. Email is bogus Menuiseriepiron.com Judy
Absolutely outrageous! I’ve been waiting for my package for over two months – nothing has arrived. I haven’t received a single reply to my emails. Customer service is basically non-existent. This feels like a complete scam. Stay away from this site – you’ll only be strung along and ripped off!
