Bad experience

Got a time-limited edition product. Firstly, the item was delivered way past expected date. Lucky was I that it was only an additional few months but if you perform a simple research, you will know that they typically delay for a year or more. Some even waited an additional 2 to 3 years for theirs. Secondly, the quality of the product was mediocre at best. For the price and wait time, I got a product that had glue stain and couldn't even stand properly. Got an exchange (good on their part) and the new one was no better- Obvious glue stain between 2 parts, more paint peel and same standing issue. I gave up at that point. Customer service advised I keep the product in the box so it wouldn't fall over- most ridiculous suggestion ever for a display figurine. Thirdly, this time limited edition product is now available in their site for purchase. So much for time limited and obviously a company who doesn't stand by their word. If you really like a design, do not be suckered into their limited edition marketing and give free interest loan to this company in advance. Simply wait till the product is officially launch and decide then if you really want it. Save you the hassle of disappointing wait and promise of limited edition or what not. Not limited at all. From my experience, this is not a collector, for collector company. I doubt I will purchase again.

Hi Chew, We apologise for the bad experience. We are unable to locate your order from the information provided here and would like to seek your assistance to provide your order number, so we can do a check with the team regarding the issues with the replacement. All time limited products have only a single production batch and are never produced a second time. Thank you for your kind assistance. - Samuel

Promo/ coupon not stackable

I didn't know promo/coupons are not stackable. Should have put a note to highlight as I've redeemed a few coupons with my coins but unable to use it =( Delivery was quite fast.

Hello ES, only one discount code can be used for each order. We have provided more information on this at: https://mightyjaxx.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/900007190963-Mighty-Jaxx-Promo-Codes. The redeemed codes are valid for 6 months and can still be used on a future order. - Samuel

"limited" items should have some sort…

"limited" items should have some sort of time or # of items disclosed rater than a random availability for who knows how long... Also, your rewards program is frustrating to use, it often removes itself from the final step of checkout & its hard to know what rewards are available.

Mighty Jaxx 回复2022-11-07

Hi A W, the products are limited edition by their colorway, as they will not be produced in the same colorway again. We will indictate the information on the product page should there be an edition number or if the product is time limited. You can check on the available rewards for redemption by clicking on the yellow button at the bottom right of the page when checking out. Please send us an email if you are having any difficulties with the rewards program and we will be glad to help. - Samuel
