I just ordered the statue and am very excited to get it! The detail in her hair looks absolutely amazing in the pictures and I hope it looks the same in person. Checkout was easy and straightforward. Will purchase from this website again!
notorious for delay. Almost seen no one saying they had met the dead line they made. And so does my order. Never gonna order.
Website was easily accessible and the ordering process was fast and simple.
Website will BOMBARD you with emails once you've signed up. Pre-ordered item on Jan 1 that was listed as 300 to be sold. Item was going to be shipped 'in May'. Item shipped May 29-30... didn't arrive until late June. Arrived unassembled and doesn't assemble easily/smoothly. Was not numbered as # of 300, not sure if it should have been. There was a small sticker for registration to scan(?) but I can't figure out how to make that work and there are no clear instructions on Mighty Jaxx website. I have pre-ordered the companion piece for the next item, begrudgingly. I like the balloon dog Mr Twisty art, but the website and manufacturer leave much to be desired.
Apart from a minor a heart attack when my CC company called to make sure I was making a purchase, they did fine. Now just the much anticipated wait for the order
One of the boxes got damaged while being delivered, luckily the figure was covered in plastic so it was well protected. The figure was not damaged.
Products are top notch, but DAAAANG that shipping HURTS. As a matter of fact it would have killed this sale if this was not a birthday gift for my dear dear mother. I know that it's not 100% yall's fault... that's why i still gave 4 stars, as well as completed my purchase even though it stung pretty bad.
After I got my very first order, I just kept going back! Love the company, love their website, love all their figures. One thing tho, there’s soooo many more that I wanna purchase but most of them are out of stock 😭😭😭 hope someone will cancel their order haha
Mighty jaxx is honestly the best figure marketing company over. I love the toys and I love them. Great job mighty jaxx
Love all the releases and just hope that backlogs will clear up soon!
This is my 4th pre order purchase and so far no issues. I use the app and it’s always been a smooth process. Definitely get a piece from them if you’re interested cause they’re only for a limited time and the quality is top
Great! No problems making the purchase.
Always dropping the best new collectibles!!
Just bought Line Friends Brown figure and the quality was quite awful. So many stretch on this plastic figure which costs USD $128! Asked for exchange and waited for the reply . Nobody follow up for more than a week. Very disappointed.
good...............
First time buying a thing on MightyJaxx online store. I love worldwide delivery and free shipping. I ordered on Mar 31 and received my stuff on Apr 7. Super fast delivery! There are status updates via email and SMS for every step. The packing is okay. Coming in the carton of that toy itself. Lovely both outside and inside package. Everything is completely fine and I'm waiting to buy more soon!!
