Mighty Jaxx

Good app to easy purchase

Nice~

Nice toys item~

Forced to not use valid discount code!

I applied a discount code with my order on their website but when I reached the confirmation page, it showed that I had paid the full amount. I tried emailing their support to explain the situation but they said that nothing could be done once the payment has been made. Bunch of baloney. I know it's not even that hard to issue even a partial refund to fix the problem but I guess those few dollars are more important than their reputation. There are other better collectible businesses out there that care about their customers. I won't be getting anything from them anymore.

This is very nice figure and detail

I redeemed my points during checkout, but I ended up paying full price for it when i receive the confirmation from paypal and my points are all gone.

Purchase handling

Very good experience on the purchase part for toys, but it would be better if the account can stick with the apps permanently. I always need to log in again after a period of time when I haven’t visit the apps.

Takes unreasonably long to dispatch, 2 weeks plus now and still pending shipment, without any forms of confirmation email or notification in the meantime. I have no idea whether my order has been received and processing at all.
